大吨位叉装车六连杆工作装置设计

【摘要】:轮式叉装车是当今国内石材行业出现的一种新型工程机械。叉装车在必须适应在复杂的环境下作业,同时还必须要求有很大的举升力和牵引力。此外,还必须具备很好的越野性能。由于叉装车需要比装载机大几倍以上的举升力,所以叉装车工作装置的设计与装载机工作装置的设计侧重点不一样。然而过去对叉装车工作装置的设计都是直接把装载机的铲斗换成货叉。这样的设计显然是不合理的,因为其举升力没有增大。为了设计出高质量的叉装车,对叉装车工作装置的重新设计显得尤其重要。 本文主要介绍了轮式装载机及轮式叉装车在国内外研究现状;轮式叉装车六连杆工作装置的工作原理及结构组成介绍;公司现有40t轮式叉装车工作装置分析;六连杆工作装置的设计过程介绍;其次,针对怎样提升叉装车工作装置举升力和举升高度的问题,提出改变动臂油缸安装方式来实现增大举升力和举升高度的问题,并对改进后的工作装置通过AutoCAD和solidworks软件进行二维及三维的运动分析和模拟。最后,为解决50吨叉装车前桥最大静载问题,通过对前车架的加长设计来实现把前车架最大静载控制在100吨以内并对设计的50t叉装车工作装置采用AutoCAD和solidworks软件进行运动分析和模拟。
[Abstract]:Wheel fork loading is a new type of construction machinery in the domestic stone industry. Fork loading must be adapted to the complex environment, but also must have a great lift and traction. In addition. Good off-road performance is also required, as fork loading requires more than a few times the lift of the loader. So the design of the fork loading working device is different from the design of the loader working device. However, in the past, the design of the fork loading working device is to change the bucket of the loader directly into the fork. This design is obviously not. Reasonable. In order to design a high quality fork loading vehicle, it is particularly important to redesign the working device of the fork loading vehicle. This paper mainly introduces the research status of wheel loader and wheel fork loader at home and abroad. The working principle and structure of the six-bar working device of wheeled fork loading car are introduced. The company's existing 40t wheel fork loading device analysis; The design process of the six-bar working device is introduced. Secondly, in view of how to raise the lifting force and the lift height of the fork loading working device, the problem of how to increase the lifting force and the lifting height by changing the installation mode of the moving arm oil cylinder is put forward. The improved device is analyzed and simulated by AutoCAD and solidworks. Finally, in order to solve the problem of maximum static load of the front axle of 50 ton fork loading vehicle. The maximum static load of the front frame is controlled to less than 100 tons by the lengthening design of the front frame, and the 50 t fork loading working device is designed with AutoCAD and solidworks software. Motion analysis and simulation.
