振动料斗气动激振器研究

【摘要】:振动给料装置是应用在采矿业送料分选场合和轻工行业自动上料及装配生产线上的重要机械。激振器作为振动给料装置的重要部件,决定着振动给料装置的工作场合和性能,是国内外学者研究的重点课题之一。本论文针对现有激振器的不足,通过对气压传动系统原理的分析研究,设计了新型气动激振器,并应用在振动料斗中,通过气动振动系统仿真实验对系统进行了分析。 采用阀控气缸的原理,借鉴液压激振器的控制形式,提出了气动激振器的设计方案,建立了该类阀控气缸的数学模型,结合计算机仿真,从理论上分析了系统参数对气压传动系统的影响。 借鉴液压激振器的控制形式,设计了适用于振动料斗的新型阀控一体式气动激振器,对激振器的执行元件和控制元件结构进行了详细设计。 将激振器应用在振动料斗中,建立了气动振动料斗振动系统的数学模型。采用基于MATLAB的Simulink仿真技术,在Simulink环境中建立了系统仿真模型。通过控制仿真初始参数,分析了系统主要参数对气动振动系统的影响。 分析了物料运动状态,得到判断物料不同运动状态时振幅和频率的临界值,给出了物料上料速度的计算公式,在此基础上通过仿真实验,分析了系统参数对物料运动状态的影响。 通过本课题的研究,解决了激振器现存的问题,提高了振动料斗的工作性能,扩大了其适用范围。
[Abstract]:Vibration feeding device is used to send important mechanical material sorting occasions and light industry automatic feeding and assembly line in the mining industry. As a vibration exciter for important parts feeder, which determines the workplace and performance of vibration feeding device, is one of the key topics of domestic and foreign scholars. This thesis aiming at the vibration exciter, through analyzing the principle of pneumatic system, the design of a new type pneumatic vibrator, and application in vibration hopper, the pneumatic vibration system simulation experiment of the system is analyzed.
Based on the principle of valve controlled cylinder and the control form of hydraulic exciter, a design scheme of pneumatic vibration exciter is put forward. A mathematical model of this kind of valve controlled cylinder is established. Combined with computer simulation, the influence of system parameters on pneumatic transmission system is theoretically analyzed.
Referring to the control form of hydraulic exciter, a new type of valve controlled pneumatic actuator suitable for vibration hopper is designed, and the executive elements and control element structure of the exciter are designed in detail.
The exciter used in vibration hopper, established the mathematical model of pneumatic vibration hopper vibration system. By using Simulink simulation technology based on MATLAB in Simulink environment, the system simulation model was established. By controlling the initial simulation parameters, analyzed the influence of the main parameters of the system of pneumatic vibration system.
The state of material movement is analyzed, and the critical value of amplitude and frequency of material in different motion state is obtained. The formula of material feed rate is given. Based on that, the influence of system parameters on material movement state is analyzed through simulation experiments.
Through the research of this subject, the existing problems of the vibrator are solved, the working performance of the vibrating hopper is improved and the scope of its application has been expanded.
