插装平衡阀的分析及性能优化

【摘要】:液压阀是流体传动和控制技术的基础元件,控制液压回路中液体的压力、流量及流动方向。插装阀以其高压、大容量、小型、通流能力大、阀芯阻力小等优点成为液压阀发展的必然趋势。本文所研究插装平衡阀,使用在活塞下行的回油路上,防止立式液压缸与垂直工作载荷由于自身重力导致的活塞下滑。论文根据此类阀在实际应用中出现的流量小,泄漏大,压降不平稳等问题,结合实验数据和理论知识,对液压系统进行设计,完善插装平衡阀的内部结构,最终达到对整个阀的性能优化。论文以一举升系统为研究对象,首先对其液压系统进行设计,并着重分析了其平衡回路,应用CFD和正交试验对插装平衡阀进行分析优化。本文主要研究的内容包括以下内容。 (1)对插装平衡阀的工作原理进行分析,建立整个平衡阀三维模型并分析其结构 1)根据液压系统的理论知识,结合平衡阀在液压系统中的实际作用,对举升液压系统的分析,完成举升液压系统的方案设计,使其满足该液压系统的工作需求。 2)结合流体力学有关知识和插装平衡阀的结构特点,建立插装平衡阀的内部流场模型。利用理论分析和计算机仿真模拟技术,对插装平衡阀静、动态特性以及平衡回路的稳定性进行分析和研究,为设计、选择和优化插装阀结构参数提供必要的理论依据,也为增强整个系统稳定性和可靠性奠定基础。 (2)对插装平衡阀的结构进行改进,性能进行优化 1)通过分析计算,确定插装平衡阀内部结构的尺寸范围,用Fluent流体软件对插装平衡阀内部流场进行静态分析,用AEMSim软件对插装平衡阀进行动态分析,并最终得流量,,压力特性曲线。 2)通过正交试验,对影响插装平衡阀性能的各种因素对比分析,最终找到影响插装平衡阀性能的最主要因素。改进插装平衡阀的内部流道结构和选取合适的弹簧刚度,使插装平衡阀压力特性,流量特性以及稳定性等性能达到最佳。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic valve is the basic component of fluid transmission and control technology. It controls the pressure, flow rate and flow direction of liquid in hydraulic circuit. The advantages of small core resistance have become an inevitable trend in the development of hydraulic valves. To prevent the vertical hydraulic cylinder and vertical working load from sliding due to their own gravity, the paper combines the experimental data and theoretical knowledge according to the problems such as small flow rate, large leakage, non-steady pressure drop and so on, which appear in the practical application of this kind of valve. The hydraulic system is designed, the internal structure of the balance valve is improved, and the performance of the whole valve is optimized. Firstly, the hydraulic system is designed, and the balance loop is analyzed. CFD and orthogonal test are used to analyze and optimize the balance valve. The main contents of this paper are as follows. 1) analyze the working principle of the balance valve, set up the three-dimensional model of the balance valve and analyze its structure. 1) according to the theoretical knowledge of hydraulic system and the actual function of balance valve in hydraulic system, the lifting hydraulic system is analyzed, and the scheme design of lifting hydraulic system is completed to satisfy the working requirements of the hydraulic system. 2) based on the knowledge of hydrodynamics and the structural characteristics of the balance valve, the internal flow field model of the balance valve is established. The dynamic characteristics and the stability of the balance circuit are analyzed and studied, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for designing, selecting and optimizing the structural parameters of the cartridge valve, and also lays a foundation for enhancing the stability and reliability of the whole system. 2) improving the structure and optimizing the performance of the balance valve. 1) through the analysis and calculation, the size range of the internal structure of the insert balance valve is determined. The static analysis of the internal flow field of the plug balance valve is carried out with Fluent fluid software, and the dynamic analysis of the plug balance valve is carried out with the AEMSim software, and the final flow rate is obtained. Pressure characteristic curve. 2) through the orthogonal test, the factors affecting the performance of the balance valve are compared and analyzed. Finally, the main factors affecting the performance of the balance valve are found. The internal structure of the balance valve is improved and the suitable spring stiffness is selected. The pressure characteristics, flow characteristics and stability of the balance valve are optimized.
