钢卷空中翻转夹钳受力和强度分析

【摘要】:随着经济的高速发展,钢卷的需求量逐日递增。在钢卷生产到完成的过程中,钢卷的立式和卧式状态需要重复不断的进行转换,钢卷生产到完成的过程中,钢卷的立式和卧式状态需要重复不断的进行转换,目前市场上的钢卷翻转机虽然可以安全完成钢卷的翻转,但是效率低,成本高,并不是中小企业的最佳选择。为了提高钢铁企业的生产效率,完成钢卷的翻转和运输成为了一个棘手问题。本课题研究的钢卷空中翻转夹钳,可以在空中完成钢卷的翻转,并由起吊装置直接调运到运输设备中,大大提高了生产效率,节省了大量的资源。 钢卷空中翻转夹钳结构复杂,且钢卷的重量高达到几十吨,在翻转过程中易发生钢卷脱落等事故,若发生事故,轻则损坏设备,重则造成人员伤亡。因此应用虚拟技术对夹钳的强度进行验算,对其安全性尤为重要。本文所设计的翻转夹钳最大可承受的钢卷重量为30吨,翻转转速为3r/min,在翻转过程要求平缓,无明显的冲撞。 本文主要从以下三个方面对钢卷空中翻转夹钳进行了研究和分析:首先,应用SolidWorks软件提供的建模功能完成钢卷空中翻转夹钳的虚拟样机建模操作,同时对模型进行全局干涉分析,以检验设计的合理性、可制造性和可装配性;其次,利用ADAMS分析软件对钢卷空中翻转夹钳进行了运动仿真模拟分析。模拟三个过程,夹钳加紧、上升、翻转。通过对各个过程的分析得到了相关的运动曲线图,包括速度、位移等曲线,确定了钢卷在上升过程中的受力情况;最后,利用ANSYS对夹钳的主要零部件进行静态强度分析,,验证设计的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the demand for steel coils is increasing day by day. In the process of coil production and completion, the vertical and horizontal states of steel coils need to be changed repeatedly and continuously. The vertical and horizontal status of the steel coil needs to be repeatedly and continuously converted. Although the steel coil flipping machine in the market can safely complete the roll reversal, it is low efficiency and high cost. It is not the best choice for small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to improve the production efficiency of iron and steel enterprises, it has become a thorny problem to complete the rolling and transporting of steel coils. And the lifting device is directly transferred to the transportation equipment, which greatly improves the production efficiency and saves a lot of resources. The structure of roll clamp in the air is complex, and the weight of steel coil is up to several tens of tons. During the turning process, accidents such as coil shedding will occur easily. If an accident occurs, the equipment will be damaged lightly. Therefore, using virtual technology to check the strength of the clamp is particularly important for its safety. The maximum weight of the roll clamp designed in this paper is 30 tons. The rotation speed is 3 r / min, which is smooth and has no obvious impact. In this paper, the following three aspects are studied and analyzed: firstly, the virtual prototype modeling operation of the roll flip clamp is accomplished by using the modeling function provided by SolidWorks software. At the same time, the global interference analysis of the model is carried out to verify the rationality, manufacturability and assemblability of the design. Secondly, the motion simulation analysis of the roll flip clamp is carried out by using ADAMS software. Through the analysis of each process to obtain the relevant motion curve, including velocity, displacement and other curves, determine the steel coil in the rising process of the force; finally, The static strength of the main parts of the clamp is analyzed by ANSYS, and the rationality of the design is verified.
