潜水泵导流器水力特性及其对泵性能影响的研究

【摘要】:井用潜水泵是一种通用机械,属于量大面广产品,具有较大的市场需求。但是目前市场上的井用潜水泵的效率不算高,还需进一步提升。目前借助CFD数值模拟技术,可以通过模拟结果来改进设计参数,,还可以通过一壳多用的设计理念生产出性能不同的潜水泵,适应市场需求,达到节约成本、节能节材的目的,具有较大的科研和经济意义。 本文通过对潜水泵叶轮和导流器的匹配对泵性能的影响和离心泵的面积比原理研究,提出潜水泵一壳多用的设计思想,主要内容如下: 1.推导出了叶轮特性方程和导流器特性方程。给出了潜水泵最佳工况点确定方法。 2.研究面积比Y值与比转速的关系及潜水泵面积比的计算方法。 3.分别对潜水泵A和潜水泵B进行水力设计,利用Pro/Engineer软件的三维建模功能,分别对他们进行全流道的三位实体建模,并使用ICEM软件进行网格划分。 4.运用Fluent软件对潜水泵进行数值模拟和性能预测,分析0.8Qd、1.0Qd、1.2Qd工况下叶轮与导流器内部的速度场和压力场,并计算导流器内部水力损失,得出在选择合适的面积比时,不同导流器可以配不同叶轮,同样可以得到高效泵。此研究拓宽了潜水泵的适用范围,节约了研发时间以及降低了成本,具有很大的实用价值。
[Abstract]:Well submersible pump is a kind of general machinery, which belongs to a wide range of products and has a large market demand. However, the efficiency of the submersible pump in the well is not high and needs to be further improved. At present, the CFD numerical simulation technology is used to improve the efficiency of the submersible pump. The design parameters can be improved by the simulation results, and the submersible pump with different performance can be produced through the multi-purpose design concept of one shell, which can meet the needs of the market and achieve the purpose of saving cost and saving energy and materials, which has great scientific research and economic significance. In this paper, the influence of impeller matching with diversion on pump performance and the area ratio of centrifugal pump are studied, and the design idea of multi-purpose submersible pump is put forward. The main contents are as follows:. 1. The impeller characteristic equation and the flow guide characteristic equation are derived, and the method of determining the optimum operating point of the submersible pump is given. 2. The relationship between Y value of area ratio and specific speed and the calculation method of area ratio of submersible pump are studied. 3.The hydraulic design of submersible pump A and submersible pump B is carried out respectively. Using the three-dimensional modeling function of Pro/Engineer software, the three-position solid modeling of the whole channel is carried out respectively, and the mesh is divided by ICEM software. 4. The numerical simulation and performance prediction of the submersible pump are carried out by using Fluent software. The velocity field and pressure field inside the impeller and the guide are analyzed under the working condition of 0.8QdLi 1.0QdL 1.2Qd, and the hydraulic loss of the impeller is calculated, and the suitable area ratio is obtained. This study broadens the scope of application of the submersible pump, saves the research and development time and reduces the cost, so it is of great practical value.
