油处理设备冷凝系统涡旋压缩机性能优化研究

【摘要】:对工业废油(废机油、废液压油、废重油、液压油、机械油、内燃机油、汽轮机油等)的处理,主要是随意扔弃或作为燃料,这两种方式都会引起水和大气等环境污染。但从经济价值的角度来看,废油回收利用具有重大的潜在经济价值。现有的废油处理设备主要是采用再生净化方式,废油处理设备中又由众多系统组成,其中就需要冷凝系统对净化后的油液进行冷凝处理。已有冷凝技术主要采用水冷、风冷、强制冷凝等方式,这些冷凝系统仍存在许多问题,那么开展废油资源化设备的强制冷凝技术研究尤为重要。本文基于涡旋通用型线的完整理论,对以形腔容积变化为工作原理的机械设备和通过共轭曲线进行传动装置的廓线理论进行研究,从提高压缩效率、减少能源消耗、降低噪音污染方面开展废油装备冷凝技术的研究。 本文所做的主要工作如下: 1.基于泛函通用涡旋型线研究影响涡旋压缩机整机性能的因素,对影响整机性能的关键部件,动、静涡旋盘的四个基本参数进行气体力分析。利用MATLAB的遗传算法工具分析动、静涡盘上的力、力矩与参数的关系,获得了参数值的约束范围,得到四个基本参数与力总体上呈现线性关系结论,并用实例计算验证了约束范围的有效性。 2.取泛函通用涡旋型线的特殊涡旋型线构成的涡旋压缩机,利用非劣排序遗传算法(NSGA_II)对通用涡旋压缩机的动静涡旋盘涡旋体基本参数进行优化设计,使涡旋盘受到的力、力矩、能效比EER达到最优。较之其它优化方法,NSGA_II能较好解决多目标非线性优化问题,最后用优化后的数据验证了该方法的有效性。 3.利用MATLAB软件得到通用涡旋型线的基础空间点数据,接着利用PRO/ENGINEER(Pro/ E)软件参数化特征造型技术进行涡旋压缩机零部件的三维建模,并对其零部件进行装配和干涉检查。 4.取泛函通用涡旋型线研究涡旋制冷压缩机性能,利用MATLAB软件编程,得到关于切向角参数φ的相应空间坐标,接着利用Pro/ E软件对部件进行三维建模,然后在Pro/ E的ASSEMBLY模块下进行装配,在设定的变频与定频两种驱动模式下对机构模块中进行仿真分析,分析得出了变频驱动下压缩机的工况优势。
[Abstract]:The treatment of industrial waste oil (waste oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste heavy oil, hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, internal combustion engine oil, turbine oil, etc.) is mainly discarded or used as fuel, Both of these methods can cause environmental pollution, such as water and atmosphere. But from the point of view of economic value, the recovery and utilization of waste oil has great potential economic value. The waste oil treatment equipment is composed of many systems, among which the condensing system is needed to condensate the purified oil. The existing condensing technology mainly adopts water cooling, air cooling, forced condensation and so on, and there are still many problems in these condensing systems. So it is particularly important to develop the research on forced condensation technology of waste oil recycling equipment. This paper is based on the complete theory of vortex general profile. Based on the working principle of the volume change of the shape cavity and the profile theory of the transmission device through the conjugate curve, this paper studies the theory of the profile of the transmission device, in order to improve the compression efficiency and reduce the energy consumption. Research on condensing technology of waste oil equipment for reducing noise pollution. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1. Based on the functional general vortex profile, the factors affecting the performance of the scroll compressor are studied, and the gas force analysis of the four basic parameters of the key components, the moving and the static vortex disk, is carried out. The movement is analyzed by the genetic algorithm tool of MATLAB. The constraint range of parameter value is obtained by the relationship between force, moment and parameter on the static vortex disk. The conclusion that the four basic parameters and the force are linear in general is obtained. The validity of the constraint range is verified by an example. 2. Taking the vortex compressor which is composed of the special vortex line of the functional general vortex line, using the noninferior sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA II) to optimize the basic parameters of the vortex body of the general scroll compressor, the force and torque of the scroll disk are obtained. Compared with other optimization methods, EER II can solve the multi-objective nonlinear optimization problem. Finally, the validity of the method is verified by the optimized data. 3. The basic spatial point data of the general vortex profile are obtained by using MATLAB software, and then the 3D modeling of the parts of the scroll compressor is carried out by using the parametric feature modeling technology of PROP / E software, and the assembly and interference inspection of the parts are carried out. 4. The functional general vortex profile is used to study the performance of the scroll refrigeration compressor. The corresponding spatial coordinates of tangential angle parameter 蠁 are obtained by using MATLAB software, and then the 3D modeling of the components is carried out by using ProE software. Then the assembly is carried out under the ASSEMBLY module of ProE, and the simulation analysis of the mechanism module is carried out under the two driving modes of frequency conversion and constant frequency, and the advantages of the compressor driven by frequency conversion are obtained.
