基于机械领域的知识表示的研究与应用

【摘要】:人类现在正处于信息革命时代,人类社会随着计算机应用的普及与发展,逐渐由工业社会转向信息社会和知识社会。机械领域与人类生活息息相关,是国民经济的支柱。专家经验在机械领域的作业中至关重要,甚至直接影响作业结果的可接受程度。机械领域的知识繁杂、多样,具有很强的不确定性以及高度的经验需求。为了提高机械领域的作业质量和效率,使之能够适应信息时代的快速发展脚步,将知识工程与机械领域相融合是一个很必要的选择。其中,知识工程中的知识表示一直是近年来重点研究的对象,是建立智能系统的基础和前提。 论文通过对机械领域的作业过程及其特点的研究,归纳总结出机械领域知识的特点,从而抽取出机械领域相关知识进行分类分层讨论;在研究传统的知识表示方法的基础上,针对机械领域知识特点,提出了可信度、重要度、关系信度、继承关系强度及阈值等概念,并引入数理逻辑部分算子,以充实机械领域知识的表示方法,设计了相应的算子公式及阈值算法,初步形成了面向机械领域的通用知识表示方法。 最后,通过减速器设计部分知识表示实例对论文设计的机械领域知识表示方法进行了应用验证。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and development of computer application, human society is gradually changing from industrial society to information society and knowledge society. The field of machinery is closely related to human life. Is the pillar of the national economy. Expert experience is very important in the operation of machinery, and even directly affects the acceptability of the results of the operation. The knowledge in the field of machinery is complicated and diverse. In order to improve the working quality and efficiency in the field of machinery, it can adapt to the rapid development of the information age. It is a necessary choice to combine knowledge engineering with mechanical field. Knowledge representation in knowledge engineering has been the focus of research in recent years, and it is the foundation and premise of establishing intelligent system. Through the study of the working process and its characteristics in the field of machinery, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the knowledge in the field of machinery, and then extracts the related knowledge of the field of machinery for classification and stratification discussion; on the basis of the study of the traditional knowledge representation method, According to the characteristics of mechanical knowledge, the concepts of reliability, importance, relationship reliability, inheritance relationship strength and threshold value are put forward, and some operators of mathematical logic are introduced to enrich the representation method of mechanical domain knowledge. The corresponding operator formula and threshold algorithm are designed, and a general knowledge representation method for the mechanical field is preliminarily formed. Finally, an example of knowledge representation in reducer design is given to verify the application of knowledge representation in mechanical field.
