基于动力学理论起重机水平偏斜载荷性能分析

【摘要】:针对目前规范对起重机水平偏斜载荷计算没有考虑起重机运行速度和安装间隙影响等问题,在动力学理论的基础上,通过建立起重机动力学虚拟几何模型,建立了起重机水平偏斜载荷的计算方法。通过该方法获得良好的计算结果,在工况运行速度下结果和规范计算具有一致性。并在动力学分析的基础上,分析运行速度对起重机轮压和水平偏斜载荷的影响,起重机轮压值与速度没有直接的递增或递减关系,起重机运行速度越大或水平轮安装间隙越小,起重机水平偏斜载荷也越大。通过试验测试,计算和试验具有一致行,为工程设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the current code does not take into account the influence of crane speed and installation clearance on the calculation of the horizontal deflection load of the crane, a virtual geometric model of crane dynamics is established on the basis of the dynamic theory. The calculation method of the horizontal deflection load of crane is established. The good results are obtained by this method, and the results are consistent with the standard calculation under the operating condition speed, and on the basis of dynamic analysis, The influence of running speed on crane wheel pressure and horizontal deflection load is analyzed. There is no direct increasing or decreasing relation between crane wheel pressure and speed, and the larger the running speed of crane is or the smaller the installation clearance of horizontal wheel is, The higher the horizontal deflection load of crane is, the more consistent the calculation is with the test, which provides a reference for engineering design.
