基于单片机的造影剂专用泵控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:医院里造影剂的注入应用广泛。目前医院放射科的各种造影检查,从注射造影剂,,到全程检查、造影拍片过程,都是在放射室内进行,时间长达数十分钟。给长期工作在放射科的医生造成很大的危害。迫切需要对现在X射线下手推注射造影剂的方法进行更新。 本文设计的医用造影剂专用泵控制系统,以单片机为核心控制步进电机,实现全自动、多功能隔室遥控的造影剂专用泵,代替了原来完全手动的造影剂注射。单片机是系统控制的核心,来自微动行程开关、传感器的检测信号及遥控接收信号,均经单片机判断处理后,输出为数码管显示及驱动步进电机等多种控制信号。本控制系统的设计实现了医务人员的远距离隔室遥控,具有造影过程中的药液量两地显示,可任意两地控制起停及造影剂流速快慢等功能,以及各种状态声光报警等特点。减轻了医务人员劳动强度,避免了X射线的对工作人员的辐射,提高了工作效率,减轻了病人的痛苦。 在整体方案设计中,在保证设计的系统能达到的使用要求和稳定度的前提下,考虑到系统的实用性、可靠性,对电路系统进行了优化,并根据系统的硬件设计和控制要求,设计编写了单片机主程序、步进电机驱动程序、按键控制程序、行程与限位控制程序、数码管显示程序等模块。在硬件和软件设计中还采用了各种必要的抗干扰措施。
[Abstract]:The injection of contrast media in hospitals is widely used. At present, all kinds of radiographic examinations in the hospital radiology departments, from the injection of contrast media to the whole process of examination and radiography, are carried out in the radiation room. It lasts for dozens of minutes. It does a lot of harm to the doctors who have been working in radiology for a long time. There is an urgent need to update the current methods of X-ray injection. The special pump control system for medical contrast agent is designed in this paper. The stepping motor is controlled by single chip microcomputer, and the special pump for contrast agent is realized by remote control of automatic and multifunctional compartment. The microcontroller is the core of the system control. It comes from the fretting stroke switch, the detection signal of the sensor and the remote control signal, all of which are processed by the single chip microcomputer. The output signals are digital tube display and stepper motor drive. The control system is designed to realize the remote control of the remote compartment of the medical staff, and has the dual display of the amount of liquid in the process of radiography. It can be used in any two places to control the functions of stopping up and stopping and the speed of contrast medium flow, as well as the characteristics of sound and light alarm in various states. It reduces the labor intensity of medical personnel, avoids the radiation of X-ray to the staff, and improves the working efficiency. The pain of the patient was alleviated. In the overall scheme design, the circuit system is optimized according to the hardware design and control requirements of the system, considering the practicability and reliability of the system, on the premise of ensuring the system can meet the requirements of use and stability. The main program of single chip microcomputer, step motor driver program, key control program, stroke and limit control program, digital tube display program and other modules are designed and written. In the design of hardware and software, all kinds of necessary anti-interference measures are also adopted.
