顶堆侧取堆取料机控制系统的设计

【摘要】:顶堆侧取堆取料机是一种新兴成套散料处理设备,它既可以通过刮板系统在储料场进行取料,将物料取到系统,又可以通过臂架带式输送机将系统来料堆存到料场。因其具有生产效率高、环保性好、仓储量大等特点,已广泛应用于冶金、电力、矿山、建材、大型露天矿、储料场、仓库、发电厂、港口码头和煤气厂等领域。堆取料机安全、有效的运行对于设备用户常、持续的生产起着关键性作用。只有正确深入掌握顶侧取堆取料机的工艺流程和控制方式,才能对提高自动控制水平、充分利用有限的人力资源十分必要,因此研究顶堆侧取堆取料机控制系统有着十分重要的意义。本文通过分析顶堆侧取堆取料机控制系统的结构,进行PLC系统的硬件配置和软件组态,设计了一套以CANopen现场总线为基本框架的高效控制系统。 通过分析顶堆侧取堆取料机的工作工艺流程,开发了一种以CANopen现场总线为基础的顶堆侧取堆取料机的控制系统,系统采用PLC作为控制器,PLC控制系统具有计算机的功能灵活性,完善性和通用性强,其有继电器控制系统的操作方便、价格便宜、简单易懂等优点。现场总线作为连接现场设备与自动化系统的通信网络,通过高度智能的现场设备水分散完成控制器的功能,弱化甚至可以省去了集中控制器的层次,减少设备和布线费用,使控制的风险彻底分散,加上变频调速系统,可靠的通讯设施,精密的检测手段,提高系统控制的可靠性和自治性。采取一系列抗干扰措施和辅以完善的工业电视监控系统,经过试验检测和现场调试,证明该控制系统的可行性。此控制系统可靠性高,通信速率快,抗干扰能力强,降低了劳动工作强度,提高了设备的生产效率。 顶侧取堆取料机控制系统已通过了现场的实际测试和运行,满足顶侧取堆取料机运行工艺要求,得到了用户的好评和认可。
[Abstract]:The top pile side heaping machine is a new complete set of bulk processing equipment. It can be used to collect material in the storage yard through scraper system, and to take the material to the system. Because of its high production efficiency, good environmental protection and large storage capacity, it has been widely used in metallurgy, electric power, mines, building materials, large open pit mines, storage yards, warehouses, etc. Power plant, port wharf, gas plant and other fields. Stacker is safe and effective operation plays a key role in equipment users' constant and continuous production. Only by correctly and deeply mastering the technological process and control mode of top-side heap-taker, It is necessary to improve the level of automatic control and make full use of limited human resources. Therefore, it is very important to study the control system of top-side heap-fetching machine. The hardware configuration and software configuration of PLC system are carried out, and an efficient control system based on CANopen fieldbus is designed. Based on the analysis of the working process of the top heap-side stacker, a control system based on CANopen fieldbus is developed. The system adopts PLC as the controller and the PLC control system has the function flexibility of the computer. It has the advantages of convenient operation, cheap price, easy to understand and so on. The fieldbus is used as the communication network connecting the field equipment and the automation system. The function of the controller is accomplished by highly intelligent field equipment with water dispersion, which weakens or even saves the level of the centralized controller, reduces the equipment and wiring costs, distributes the risk of control thoroughly, and adds the frequency conversion speed control system. Reliable communication facilities, precise means of detection, improving the reliability and autonomy of system control. A series of anti-interference measures and a perfect industrial television monitoring system are adopted, which are tested and tested and debugged on the spot. The feasibility of the control system is proved. This control system has the advantages of high reliability, fast communication rate, strong anti-interference ability, reduced labor intensity and improved production efficiency of the equipment. The control system of top side heap-fetching machine has passed the actual test and operation on the spot, which meets the requirements of the operation technology of top-side heap-fetching machine, and has been praised and approved by the users.
