直齿端齿副强度分析及数控磨齿工艺研究

【摘要】:摘要:直齿端齿联轴器是由两个相互啮合的直齿端齿盘来联接轴或回转件来传递扭矩的装置,广泛应用于涡轮发动机、燃气轮机上及液力传动内燃机车等高速重载设备中。目前国内对直齿端齿盘的设计主要是通过参照系列化的标准及经验来实现的,不能满足不同工况下对直齿端齿盘的需求。因此,本文以沈阳鼓风机压缩机端齿盘设计制造为对象,对直齿端齿盘的几何参数计算、强度设计、中心拉杆的疲劳分析以及端齿盘的磨齿加工方法进行研究,主要内容如下: (1)建立直齿端齿盘的几何参数计算方法。提出基于圆柱直齿轮的设计的直齿端齿盘的几何参数计算方法;建立直齿端齿盘的接触有限元模型,分析直齿端齿盘的齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力。 (2)建立直齿端齿盘的强度分析方法。分别建立不含预紧力和含预紧力两种情况下的直齿端齿盘强度分析的解析方法和有限元分析方法。 (3)分析直齿端齿盘的大端直径、端面齿形角以及齿数等主要宏观参数对直齿端齿盘强度的影响规律。 (4)研究直齿端齿盘中心拉杆的疲劳强度分析方法。分析直齿端齿盘中心拉杆的预紧力计算方法,建立中心拉杆强度分析的有限元模型;分析中心拉杆的疲劳寿命。 (5)给出直齿端齿盘的设计方法。根据负载扭矩,设计满足强度要求的直齿端齿盘。 (6)分析直齿端齿盘的磨齿加工方法。分析采用盘形砂轮加工直齿端齿盘的方法;根据机床的数学模型推导加工直齿端齿盘的机床运动控制方程,并得到数控加工程序;对加工方法进行虚拟仿真。 (7)直齿端齿盘的磨齿加工实验。根据直齿端齿盘的磨削加工方法,在YMC850B型数控加工中心上,完成直齿端齿盘的磨削加工实验,验证加工方法的正确性。图67幅,表6个,参考文献79篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the straight tooth end gear coupling is a device by which two intermeshing straight teeth end teeth are connected to the shaft or rotary parts to transfer torque, and are widely used in turbine engines. In the high speed heavy duty equipment such as gas turbine and hydraulic diesel locomotive, the design of straight tooth end tooth disk in China is mainly realized by referring to the standard and experience of serialization. The design and manufacture of the end tooth disk of Shenyang blower compressor are taken as the object, and the geometric parameters and strength design of the straight tooth end tooth disk are calculated. The fatigue analysis of the central pull rod and the grinding method of the end gear disk are studied. The main contents are as follows:. 1) the method of calculating geometric parameters of straight tooth end disk is established. The geometric parameter calculation method of straight tooth end disk based on the design of cylindrical straight gear is put forward, and the contact finite element model of straight tooth end disk is established. The tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress of the straight end disk are analyzed. (2) the strength analysis method of straight tooth end disk is established, and the analytical method and finite element analysis method are established for the strength analysis of straight tooth end disk without pretightening force and with pre tightening force respectively. 3) the influence of the main macro parameters, such as the large end diameter, the tooth shape angle and the tooth number, on the strength of the straight tooth end disk is analyzed. 4) the fatigue strength analysis method of the center pull rod with straight tooth end tooth disk is studied, the calculation method of pretension force is analyzed, the finite element model of the center pull rod strength analysis is established, and the fatigue life of the center pull rod is analyzed. The design method of straight tooth end disk is given. According to the load torque, the straight tooth end tooth disk is designed to meet the strength requirement. (6) analyzing the grinding method of straight tooth end tooth disk, analyzing the method of machining straight tooth end tooth disk with disc grinding wheel, deducing the control equation of machine tool motion of machining straight tooth end tooth disk according to the mathematical model of machine tool, and getting the NC machining program. Virtual simulation of machining method is carried out. According to the grinding method of straight tooth end disk, the grinding experiment of straight tooth end disk is completed on YMC850B NC machining center, which verifies the correctness of the machining method. 79 references.
