激光微造型表面形貌封闭空体体积及连通性对摩擦的影响

【摘要】:面接触摩擦副在工程实践中应用广泛,如塑性成形,滑动轴承,机械密封等。通过对面接触摩擦副进行微造型来改善其摩擦特性已成为摩擦学研究的一个重要方向。 本文为了研究面接触条件下表面形貌表征参数,特别是封闭空体体积及连通性系数对激光微造型表面摩擦特性的影响。首先采用YLP-F10光纤激光打标机在上试件环块圆环端面上进行激光加工,得到不同表面微造型的上试件;然后使用Talysurf CCI Lite非接触式三维光学轮廓仪对试件进行扫描,测得试件的ISO25178三维表征参数及相应取样区间上的扫描图像及高度数据,并基于高度数据计算出了相应实测表面的连通性系数及封闭空体体积参数;在HDM20摩擦磨损试验机上,,针对油润滑和脂润滑两种润滑剂、不同载荷、不同转速等工况和不同摩擦副配对材料,进行一系列的面接触摩擦磨损试验;进而研究了载荷、速度、凹坑深度、表面ISO-25178参数、连通性系数、封闭空体体积等与摩擦特性的关系。 结果表明:表面形貌的微观结构特性对面接触摩擦副的摩擦特性具有显著的影响,但在油润滑条件下表面形貌的微观结构特性对摩擦的影响要比脂润滑条件下的更显著;在钢对铜摩擦副条件下织构表面的摩擦系数变化比较复杂,在钢对钢摩擦副条件下织构表面的摩擦系数变化相对平稳;在不同的条件下,最优的表面微观结构特性也不同;将连通性系数和体积参数结合起来对表面形貌进行表征将更有利于表面微观结构特性的摩擦学设计;油润滑条件下,在载荷为300N且上试件端面圆环平均速率为1.25-1.50m/s时,钢对铜以及钢对钢的摩擦学特性与三维表征参数之间关系的变化规律一致,但当速率在0.25-1.25m/s时钢对铜的显示出独特的变化。
[Abstract]:The surface contact friction pair has been widely used in engineering practice, such as plastic forming, sliding bearing, mechanical seal and so on. In order to study the characterization parameters of surface morphology under the condition of surface contact, Especially the effect of the volume and connectivity coefficient of the closed hollow body on the friction characteristics of the laser micro-moulding surface. Firstly, the laser processing machine of YLP-F10 fiber laser marking machine was used on the ring ring end face of the sample to obtain the different surface micro-modeling samples. Then Talysurf CCI Lite non-contact 3D optical profilometer was used to scan the specimen, and the ISO25178 3D characterization parameters, scanning images and height data on the corresponding sampling interval were measured. Based on the height data, the connectivity coefficient and the volume parameters of the closed empty body are calculated. In the HDM20 friction and wear testing machine, two kinds of lubricants, oil lubrication and grease lubrication, are used under different loads. A series of surface contact friction and wear tests were carried out under different rotating speeds and different friction pairs, and the load, velocity, pit depth, surface ISO-25178 parameters and connectivity coefficient were studied. The relationship between the volume of closed hollow body and the friction characteristics. The results show that the microstructural characteristics of the surface topography have a significant effect on the friction characteristics of the contact friction pairs, but the influence of the microstructure characteristics of the surface morphology on the friction is more significant than that under the grease lubrication condition. Under the condition of steel to copper friction pair, the variation of the friction coefficient of texture surface is more complex, the variation of friction coefficient of texture surface is relatively stable under the condition of steel to steel friction pair, and the optimum surface microstructure characteristics are different under different conditions. Combining connectivity coefficient with volume parameters to characterize the surface morphology will be more beneficial to the tribological design of the surface microstructure. Under the condition of oil lubrication, when the load is 300N and the average rate of the end ring of the sample is 1.25-1.50m/ s, The relationship between the tribological properties of steel to copper and steel to steel is consistent with the three dimensional characterization parameters, but when the rate is between 0.25 and 1.25 m / s, the variation of steel to copper is unique.
