【摘要】:电焊机被公认为是工业生产领域的“钢铁缝纫机”,其产品广泛应用于工业生产领域的各个子行业,从金属加工到汽车制造,从铁路建设到轮船建造都离不开焊接技术和焊接设备。当前我国的焊机行业正处于从老式硅控焊机向逆变IGBT工业焊机进行产业技术升级的历史转型时期,国内众多的老式焊机厂家因技术能力不足面临被竞争淘汰的命运,而另一部分像HW焊机公司这样的新兴焊机厂家,,始终把技术研发作为企业的核心竞争力正努力抓住历史机遇寻求快速成长和品牌突破。 本文结合战略理论的学习研究和实践分析,对HW焊机公司的企业发展战略进行探讨和研究。首先,笔者在相关企业发展战略管理理论研究的指导下,对HW焊机公司的工业焊机制造业务所处的产业环境、国家宏观环境、以及HW焊机公司内部的资源条件进行了梳理和分析,进而全方位分析了企业当前的战略条件。其次,在考虑到企业处于早期创业阶段的特殊性前提下,建议提出HW焊机公司当前阶段主要以成本领先战略为主,待企业发展到一定规模具备了一定的企业实力后再实施差异化的竞争策略,发力高端焊机制造业和自动化焊机制造。在本文的最后章节部分,还对企业的发展战略实施提出了一些具体的实施建议,供企业战略实施参考。 在具体的战略研究过程中本文主要使用了战略管理理论中比较成熟的几种战略管理研究方法诸如五力模型分析、PEST宏观环境分析以及SWOT分析等,在成熟的战略管理理论指导下再结合企业的自身的实际情况和当前企业所面临的产业环境为企业提出了具体的企业发展战略建议,同时本文亦可为其他工业焊割领域企业的战略考虑提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Electric welding machine is recognized as the "iron and steel sewing machine" in the field of industrial production. Its products are widely used in various sub-industries of industrial production, from metal processing to automobile manufacturing. Welding technology and welding equipment are inseparable from railway construction and ship construction. At present, the welding machine industry in China is undergoing a historical transformation from an old-style silicon controlled welding machine to an inverter IGBT industrial welding machine. Many old-fashioned welding machine manufacturers in China are facing the fate of being eliminated by competition because of lack of technical capability, while another part of emerging welder manufacturers such as HW welder Company, Technology R & D has always been regarded as the core competitiveness of enterprises and is striving to seize the historical opportunity to seek rapid growth and brand breakthrough. Based on the study and practical analysis of the strategic theory, this paper discusses and studies the enterprise development strategy of HW welder Company. Firstly, under the guidance of the related enterprise development strategy management theory, The industrial environment, national macro environment and internal resource conditions of HW welding machine company are analyzed, and the current strategic conditions of the enterprise are analyzed. Considering the particularity of the enterprise in the early stage of starting a business, it is suggested that the current stage of HW welder company should mainly focus on the cost leading strategy. When the enterprise develops to a certain scale and has a certain enterprise strength, then implement the differentiated competition strategy, develop the high-end welding machine manufacturing industry and the automation welding machine manufacturing. In the last chapter of this article, The paper also puts forward some concrete suggestions for the implementation of the development strategy of the enterprise for the reference of the implementation of the enterprise strategy. In the specific strategic research process, this paper mainly uses several mature strategic management research methods in the strategic management theory, such as five-force model analysis, pest macro-environment analysis and SWOT analysis, etc. Under the guidance of the mature strategic management theory, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise and the industrial environment that the enterprise is facing at present, the paper puts forward concrete suggestions for the enterprise to develop strategy. At the same time, this paper can also provide some reference for the strategic consideration of other industrial welding and cutting enterprises.
