【摘要】:随着城市人口密度的增加,高层建筑越来越成为流行趋势。从而使得塔式起重机的运用日益频繁。随之而来的是塔机事故的发生率居高不下。因此急需研究出一种有效的塔机安全监控系统。本文作为塔机安全监控项目的一部分,对其中两个重要环节—远程数据传输和后期数据管理做了探讨和研究,并最终给出了详细的设计方案。主要的工作包括: 根据塔机数据的特点,提出了基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)的无线数据传输模式。并结合互联网通信技术、数据库技术、Web开发技术,提出了系统的总体设计方案。实现塔机数据的高效、安全传输及合理、有效、便利的管理。 本文首先给出了GPRS无线通信技术的原理及特点。并结合塔机监控系统的特点,提出了三种类型的组网方式。 其次,根据无线传输终端的需求,给出了合理的软硬件设计。硬件部分完成了通信电路、SIM卡电路、电平转换电路、电源电路、晶振及边界扫描电路的设计。软件部分通过GPRS模块初始化、拨号上网、建立PPP(Point to Point Protocol)连接、Socket通信完成塔机数据的传输。 然后,采用.NET开发技术进行了塔机监控中心网站的开发。实现了塔机数据的在线发布。其中,通过SQL Server完成了塔机数据库的设计,通过ADO.NET技术完成了塔机数据的连接工作,通过CSS(Cascading Style Sheet)样式、母板页及导航功能完成了网站的页面设计。并对用户登录、数据管理、塔机管理、用户管理做出了详细的设计。 最后,指出了系统的不足和有待改进的地方,并对系统的发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the increase of city population density, high-rise buildings become more and more popular. In order to make use of tower crane is more and more frequent. This is the high rate of tower crane accidents. So it is urgent to develop an effective system of safety monitoring. As a part of tower crane safety monitoring project, of which two key links remote data transmission and data management are discussed, and finally gives a detailed design plan. The main work include:
According to the characteristics of the tower crane data, based on GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) wireless data transmission mode. And the combination of Internet communication technology, database technology, Web technology, presents the overall design of the system. To achieve efficient data transmission tower crane, safe and reasonable, effective and convenient management.
In this paper, the principle and characteristics of GPRS wireless communication technology are given first, and three types of networking mode are put forward in combination with the characteristics of the tower crane monitoring system.
Secondly, according to the demand of the transmission terminal, design of hardware and software. The hardware part gives a reasonable completed communication circuit, SIM card circuit, level converting circuit, power circuit, crystal oscillator and the design of boundary scan circuit. The software through the GPRS module initialization, dial-up, PPP (Point to Point Protocol) is completed the data transmission tower of Socket communication.
Then, the development of tower crane monitoring center website developed by.NET technology. The online publishing of data. The tower crane, through SQL Server to complete the design of tower crane database, using ADO.NET technology to complete the connection work of the tower crane data, through CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) style, and completed a master page navigation page design site. And the user login, data management, user management, management of tower crane, make a detailed design.
Finally, the shortcomings of the system and the areas to be improved are pointed out, and the development of the system is prospected.
