高速液压夯实机液压系统的设计

【摘要】:高速液压夯实机具有夯击能量高,转场方便等优点,广泛应用于基础建设行业。对高速液压夯实机的结构及其液压工作原理进行了简要说明;分析了高速液压夯实机在液压系统设计中存在的问题,并对液压系统进行了改进;制定了液压系统的优化方案,大大提高了高速液压夯实机的系统稳定性和可靠性。最后对高速液压夯实机未来的发展提出了建议。
[Abstract]:High speed hydraulic ramming machine has the advantages of high tamping energy and convenient turning field. It is widely used in infrastructure industry. The structure of high speed hydraulic ramming machine and its hydraulic working principle are briefly explained. The problems existing in the hydraulic system design of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are analyzed, and the hydraulic system is improved. The system stability and reliability of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are greatly improved. Finally, some suggestions for the future development of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are put forward.
