【摘要】:本文首先根据交错轴斜齿轮传动的空间啮合原理,在合适的坐标系中,,建立了交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面接触分析的几何模型,为后面在MATLAB中绘制瞬时接触椭圆,进行齿面接触分析提供了理论基础。 其次,利用MATLAB软件编程,建立交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面接触模型,并绘制出两齿面接触时的瞬时接触椭圆;通过对不同参数的交错轴斜齿轮传动进行研究,分析出不同参数对齿面接触区的影响规律;得到在不同的条件下,通过合理选择基本参数来提高齿轮的接触性能。 最后,在PRO/E中建立交错轴斜齿轮传动三维运动仿真模型,导入到ANSYS中进行齿面接触应力分析;运用ANSYS的结构静力学模块,得到了齿面接触区的形状和应力应变云图,分析出交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面接触应力和应变分布情况,直观的显示了齿轮在啮合时的接触变形和应力分布情况,为如何提高齿轮的啮合性能提供了理论依据,为后续进一步寻找可行的失配啮合修形方法和加工工艺奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the spatial meshing principle of staggered helical gear transmission, a geometric model of tooth surface contact analysis of staggered helical gear transmission is established in a suitable coordinate system, which is used to draw instantaneous contact ellipse in MATLAB. The theoretical basis for tooth surface contact analysis is provided. Secondly, by using MATLAB software, the tooth surface contact model of staggered helical gear transmission is established, and the instantaneous contact ellipse is drawn when two tooth surfaces are in contact, and the different parameters of staggered helical gear transmission are studied. The influence of different parameters on the contact region of tooth surface is analyzed, and the contact performance of gear is improved by reasonable selection of basic parameters under different conditions. Finally, a three-dimensional kinematic simulation model of staggered helical gear transmission is established in PRO/E, which is introduced into ANSYS for tooth surface contact stress analysis, and the shape and stress-strain cloud diagram of tooth surface contact area are obtained by using the structural statics module of ANSYS. The distribution of contact stress and strain on gear surface of staggered helical gear transmission is analyzed. The contact deformation and stress distribution of gear in meshing are shown intuitively, which provides a theoretical basis for how to improve the meshing performance of gear. It lays a foundation for further searching for feasible mismatch meshing modification method and processing technology.
