某汽车零配件公司生产线基于RCM的维修实务

【摘要】:汽车零配件产业经过了多年的积累,增长速度加快,规模不断壮大,呈现资本、技术密集的特点。某公司是一家专业制造汽车门锁的制造商,在规模化生产的要求下公司制定了提升产能的战略目标。但由于设备问题导致的停线时间严重阻碍了公司提升产能的目标,因此,提高设备可靠性,降低停线时间成为了公司的当务之急。以可靠性为中心的设备维修(RCM)是现代维修理论的核心,它强调以设备故障特性为依据决定维修工作类型,相比较于以使用时间为依据决定维修的传统维修工作方式,更能有效提高设备使用效率和降低维修费用。因而它越来越受到世界各国企业的重视,将成为各企业设备维修管理升级的重要方向。介于此,本文尝试应用该理论来降低本公司产线停线时间。 本文从某汽车零部件设备维修管理的角度探讨如何有效地建立以可靠性为中心的设备维修管理模式。基于“可靠性为中心”的维修理论,本文通过对汽车零部件装配线设备的运行和维修的历史数据进行分类整理,根据生产的实际情况和设备特点,确定出了对故障停线有重大影响的关键设备——激光焊接机;通过可靠性基本参数的阐述,制定了装配线设备在两班制生产条件下的可靠性评定指标;通过对影响关键设备可靠性因素的具体分析(PFMEA与故障树策略FTA),应用逻辑分析法,科学地制定维修内容,为安排点检工作计划提供了科学的依据;运用潜在故障理论,为关键设备制定出最佳预防性检修周期;并通过改进后的关键设备实际运行的可靠性指标以及设备故障停工率指标的数据统计结果,验证了以“可靠性为中心”的维修理论在汽车零部件装配线设备管理应用中的有效性。
[Abstract]:The auto parts industry has been accumulated for many years, the growth rate is quickening, the scale is growing, and the capital and technology are dense. A company is a manufacturer specializing in manufacturing automobile door locks. At the request of large-scale production, the company has set a strategic goal to increase production capacity. However, due to equipment problems, the shutdown time seriously hinders the company's goal of increasing production capacity, therefore, improving the reliability of the equipment, Reducing stoppage time has become an urgent task for the company. Reliability centered equipment maintenance (RCM) is the core of modern maintenance theory, which emphasizes the determination of maintenance work type based on the fault characteristics of equipment. Compared with the traditional maintenance work mode, which is based on service time, it can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment use and reduce the maintenance cost. Therefore, it has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises all over the world. This paper tries to apply this theory to reduce the production line stop time of our company. From the point of view of the maintenance management of some automobile parts and equipment, this paper discusses how to effectively establish the equipment maintenance management mode with reliability as the center, based on the maintenance theory of "reliability as the center". Based on the classification and arrangement of the historical data of the running and maintenance of the assembly line equipment of automobile parts, according to the actual production situation and the characteristics of the equipment, the key equipment, laser welding machine, which has great influence on the fault stop line, is determined in this paper. Through the elaboration of the basic reliability parameters, the reliability evaluation index of assembly line equipment under the condition of two-shift production is established, and the logic analysis method is applied to analyze the factors affecting the reliability of the key equipment, such as PFMEA and the fault tree strategy FTAA. It provides a scientific basis for arranging the work plan of spot inspection and makes the best preventive maintenance cycle for the key equipment by using the theory of potential failure. And through the improved reliability index of the key equipment in actual operation and the statistical results of the data of the equipment failure shutdown rate index, The validity of the reliability-centered maintenance theory in the equipment management of automobile parts assembly line is verified.
