地面单螺杆式增压注水泵的设计计算

【摘要】:本设计将目前已经在石油采油等领域得到广泛应用的单螺杆式泵,应用于增压注水泵。拟发挥单螺杆泵的结构简单,流量均匀,压力稳定,易损件少,成本低等诸多优点,为满足注水单井的高压需求,提高油田注水系统效率,降低注水能耗及成本,做出新的尝试。 设计采用两个螺杆衬套副,对称布置,以平衡单螺杆泵的较高的轴向力,通过该设计,可以免去止推轴承设计,而且,增大了泵的流量。 采用中间进水,两端出水方案,则两端高压,中间低压,两螺杆衬套副之间,需要安装耐轴向压力的万向联轴器。设计采用瓣式万向联轴器,其芯部的定位球,可承受轴向压力载荷。 多头单螺杆泵较单头单螺杆泵,有着多方面优势,设计采用运动比值为2/3的双头设计,采用短幅内摆线的外等距曲线作为衬套的齿形曲线,其共轭曲线作为螺杆的齿形曲线,并对型线多个特征参量进行了针对性分析和设计,在保证使用寿命的前提下,充分发挥螺杆衬套副的机械水力性能。 传动轴端采用挠性轴连接和填料密封设计,并设计了配套的减速箱。
[Abstract]:In this design, the single screw pump, which has been widely used in oil production and other fields, is applied to the supercharged water injection pump. The single screw pump has many advantages, such as simple structure, uniform flow, stable pressure, less easily damaged parts, low cost and so on. In order to meet the high pressure demand of water injection single well, improve the efficiency of oilfield water injection system and reduce the energy consumption and cost of water injection, a new attempt is made. Two screw bushing pairs are used in the design to balance the higher axial force of the single screw pump. Through this design the thrust bearing design can be avoided and the flow rate of the pump is increased. If the intermediate inlet and outlet schemes are adopted, then the two ends of high pressure, middle low pressure and two screw bushing pairs need to be fitted with a universal coupling resistant to axial pressure. Can withstand axial pressure load. The multi-head single-screw pump has many advantages over the single-head single-screw pump. The design adopts the dual-head design with the motion ratio of 2/3, the outer equidistant curve of the short amplitude inner cycloid as the tooth profile curve of the bushing, and the conjugate curve as the tooth profile curve of the screw. Several characteristic parameters of the profile line are analyzed and designed to give full play to the mechanical and hydraulic performance of the screw bushing pair on the premise of guaranteeing the service life. The transmission shaft end is designed with flexible shaft connection and packing seal, and a matching deceleration box is designed.
