基于无线传感网的通用桥式起重机能耗感知系统研究

【摘要】:通用桥式起重机作为国民生产建设中不可或缺的大型能耗设备,其逐年增长的巨大能量消耗已引起节能领域工作者和政府决策者的密切关注。建立和考核起重机械能耗评价体系、开展起重机械能耗检测技术研究等相关节能工作,可以为使用者更好的了解起重机自身的能耗情况、选择节能型号提供相关依据,为政府职责部门进行起重机械节能领域的监管和审查提供技术支撑。 本论文完成了基于无线传感网的起重机能耗感知系统分析、研究与设计。首先,本文在分析起重机能耗特性的基础上,完成起重机主要能耗机构的数学建模,依据该数学模型以及起重机能耗评价指标体系的构建原则,确立了起重机能耗评价指标体系,并提出了一种基于“黑箱理论”的起重机能耗动态测量法,设计能耗感知系统的总体方案。随后,针对起重机输入电功率和输出机械功率中的相关拟测参数,,设计检测方案,配置相关检测传感设备,同时针对无线传感器网络的三个关键技术,对适用于起重机工作环境的无线传感器网络进行了相关探讨,并重点设计了无线传感器节点的软硬件和采样数据分析上位机软件,完成通用桥式起重机的能耗感知系统的设计。 最后,依托本论文设计的硬件平台,分别在实验室和起重机工作现场两种环境下,通过对系统输入电参数的实时检测、无线传输以及上位机处理,验证了本论文设计的能耗感知系统工作的可靠性。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable large energy consumption equipment in the national production and construction, the universal bridge crane, The huge energy consumption which has been increasing year by year has attracted the close attention of workers in the field of energy conservation and government decision makers. The establishment and assessment of energy consumption evaluation system for lifting machinery, the development of energy consumption detection technology research and other related energy-saving work. It can provide the users with a better understanding of the energy consumption of the crane itself, select the energy-saving model to provide relevant basis, and provide technical support for the government responsibility department to supervise and examine the field of energy saving of lifting machinery. This paper completes the analysis, research and design of crane energy consumption sensing system based on wireless sensor network. Firstly, based on the analysis of crane energy consumption characteristics, this paper completes the mathematical modeling of the main crane energy consumption mechanism. According to the mathematical model and the construction principle of crane energy consumption evaluation index system, a crane energy consumption evaluation index system is established, and a dynamic measurement method of crane energy consumption based on "black box theory" is proposed. Design the overall scheme of the energy consumption sensing system. Then, for the crane input electric power and output mechanical power of the relevant parameters, design the detection scheme, configure the related detection sensing equipment, At the same time, aiming at the three key technologies of wireless sensor network, the paper discusses the wireless sensor network suitable for crane working environment, and designs the software and hardware of wireless sensor node and the software of sampling data analysis. The design of energy consumption sensing system of bridge crane is completed. Finally, relying on the hardware platform designed in this paper, in the laboratory and crane work field environment, through the real-time detection of the system input electrical parameters, wireless transmission and host computer processing, The reliability of the energy consumption sensing system designed in this paper is verified.
