角接触球轴承的弹流及时变热混合润滑数值分析

【摘要】:良好的润滑是延长轴承使用寿命的有效途径之一,本文以建立的角接触球轴承内圈与滚动体的几何和润滑模型为研究对象,从理论上对角接触球轴承正常工作下的润滑状况、启动和制动过程中的润滑机制、考虑固体颗粒的轴承润滑状况进行了分析考察。 建立了角接触球轴承的弹流及时变热混合润滑模型,运用多重网格法求解Reynolds方程,用多重网格积分法求解膜厚方程中的弹性变形项,采用逐列扫描法求解能量方程,得到了角接触球轴承的弹流润滑完全数值解。主要内容包括: 首先,建立了角接触球轴承的考虑自旋的等温弹流润滑模型,得到了考虑自旋的角接触球轴承的完全数值解;分析了考虑自旋时轴承不同节圆直径下的压力及膜厚变化,得到了较大速度及载荷范围内的油膜压力及膜厚分布。 其次,建立了角接触球轴承热弹流润滑的数学模型,综合考虑了轴承的几何参数如密合度和节圆直径等对轴承热弹流润滑性能的影响,得到了不同转速和载荷条件下角接触球轴承的热弹流润滑完全数值解。 第三,基于所建立的角接触球轴承的热弹流润滑模型,对考虑表面粗糙度的角接触球轴承弹流润滑进行了数值模拟,在缺乏实测数据的情况下采用了两表面带有余弦粗糙度的粗糙度函数模型,分析了表面形貌对轴承润滑性能的影响。 第四,建立了角接触球轴承的时变热混合润滑模型,讨论了不同滑滚比下角接触球轴承在启动和制动过程中的压力、膜厚及温度变化,同时也分析了不同加速度对轴承启动中压力、膜厚及温度的影响。 第五,,考虑了轴承入口区的固体颗粒影响,建立了考虑固体颗粒的套圈-滚动体接触热润滑模型,考察了颗粒对轴承热弹流润滑状况的影响,以及颗粒位置的影响。
[Abstract]:Good lubrication is one of the effective ways to prolong the service life of bearings. In this paper, the geometry and lubrication models of the inner ring and rolling body of angular contact ball bearings are taken as the research object, and the lubrication condition of diagonal contact ball bearings under normal operation is theoretically studied. The lubrication mechanism in the starting and braking process and the lubrication condition of the bearing considering solid particles are analyzed and investigated. The elastohydrodynamic and heat varying hybrid lubrication model of angular contact ball bearings is established. The Reynolds equation is solved by multi-grid method, the elastic deformation term in film thickness equation is solved by multi-grid integral method, and the energy equation is solved by row by row scanning method. The complete numerical solution of elastohydrodynamic lubrication for angular contact ball bearings is obtained. The main contents are as follows:. Firstly, the isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of angular contact ball bearing considering spin is established, and the complete numerical solution of angular contact ball bearing considering spin is obtained. The distribution of oil film pressure and film thickness in large speed and load range is obtained. Secondly, the mathematical model of thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication of angular contact ball bearing is established, and the influence of the geometric parameters of the bearing, such as the degree of compactness and the diameter of the nodal circle, on the performance of the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the bearing is considered synthetically. A complete numerical solution of thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication for angular contact ball bearings under different rotational speeds and loads is obtained. Thirdly, based on the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication model of angular contact ball bearing, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of angular contact ball bearing considering surface roughness is numerically simulated. The roughness function model with cosine roughness on two surfaces is adopted in the absence of measured data, and the influence of surface morphology on lubrication performance of bearings is analyzed. In 4th, the time-varying heat mixed lubrication model of angular contact ball bearings was established. The pressure, film thickness and temperature of angular contact ball bearings with different slip ratios during start-up and braking were discussed. At the same time, the effects of different accelerations on the pressure, film thickness and temperature in bearing start-up are analyzed. In 5th, considering the influence of solid particles in the inlet region of bearing, the contact thermal lubrication model of ring-rolling body considering solid particles was established, and the influence of particle on the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication of bearing and the influence of particle position on the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of bearing were investigated.
