桥式起重机起升机构参数化优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的快速发展,以及起重机应用领域的不断深入和拓展,起重机的快速设计和使用寿命一直受到高度重视。近年来,由于桥式起重机的广泛使用,各种现代化设计方法也相继出现,对设计者提出了更高要求,在如何实现桥式起重机参数化优化设计问题上,已经成为该设计领域的一个重要发展趋势。 本文以桥式起重机起升机构为研究对象,分析了起升机构的工作原理,阐述了参数化设计和优化设计的应用方法,结合三维So1idWorks软件,利用Visual Basic 6.0为开发语言实现了起升机构参数化设计,对重要部件使用ANSYS软件进行了有限元建模和优化设计,实现了参数化优化设计。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)介绍了桥式起重机的应用及发展,说明了课题研究的背景和意义,分析了优化设计和参数化设计的应用及现状。 (2)阐述了起升机构各主要部件的特性及其使用选择和校验方法,实现了对起升机构各个部件的设计计算。 (3)详细介绍了对卷筒的优化设计和参数化驱动方法,实现了将参数化和优化设计相结合的快速设计方法。 基于以上理论基础,本文以160t桥式起重机参数化设计系统为实例,验证了本文提出的理论和方法的正确性和适用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy and the deepening and expanding of crane application field, the rapid design and service life of crane have been attached great importance. All kinds of modern design methods have appeared one after another, which put forward higher requirements to designers. How to realize the parametric optimization design of bridge crane has become an important development trend in the field of design. This paper takes the lifting mechanism of bridge crane as the research object, analyzes the working principle of the lifting mechanism, expounds the application method of parametric design and optimization design, and combines with 3D So1idWorks software. The parameterized design of hoisting mechanism is realized by using Visual Basic 6.0, and the finite element modeling and optimization design of important parts are carried out by using ANSYS software. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. This paper introduces the application and development of bridge crane, explains the background and significance of the research, and analyzes the application and present situation of optimal design and parameterized design. The characteristics of the main parts of the hoisting mechanism and its selection and checking method are described, and the design and calculation of each part of the hoisting mechanism are realized. 3) the optimization design and parameterized driving method of reel are introduced in detail, and the fast design method which combines parameterization and optimization design is realized. Based on the above theoretical basis, this paper takes the parameterized design system of 160t bridge crane as an example, and verifies the correctness and applicability of the theory and method presented in this paper.
