离心泵叶轮口环撕裂原因分析

【摘要】:某大型工业离心泵在生产运行中转子叶轮口环发生撕裂。通过外观检查、成分分析、断口分析、金相组织分析和硬度测试等手段对断裂性质进行诊断,分析口环撕裂原因。结果表明:材质确为ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo,基体组织均为回火索氏体加逆转变奥氏体。可以诊断断裂性质为脆性断裂,口环撕裂的主要原因是由于基体材质中存在大量的非金属夹杂物并存在链状分布的情况,严重破坏了基体的连续性,导致叶轮口环的力学性能下降。在运行过程中的工作载荷作用下,裂纹首先在叶轮口环材质基体中的链状非金属夹杂物处萌生,并沿着非金属夹杂物扩展直至口环发生撕裂,从而引发叶轮失效。
[Abstract]:In the production and operation of a large scale industrial centrifugal pump, the rotor impeller opening ring is torn. The fracture properties are diagnosed by means of appearance inspection, composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis and hardness testing. The results show that the material is ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo.The matrix structure is tempering Soxhlet and reverse austenite. The fracture property can be diagnosed as brittle fracture. The main reason for the tear of the oral ring is the existence of a large number of non-metallic inclusions and chain distribution in the matrix material, which seriously destroys the continuity of the matrix. The mechanical properties of the impeller ring are decreased. Under the working load during operation, the crack first sprouts at the chain-like nonmetallic inclusion in the material matrix of the impeller ring, and extends along the non-metallic inclusion until the mouth ring is torn. Thus causes impeller failure.
