汽车起重机关键部件智能故障诊断系统开发

【摘要】:随着工程建设规模的扩大以及技术要求的提高,大型机械设备在现代工程建设中所起的作用变得越来越大,汽车起重机便是一种比较典型的工程机械设备,故对其关键部件健康状态的评估是极为重要的。目前在设备的健康状态评估领域中,有针对性的评估模型很少;同时针对整机系统的性能评估与智能维护缺乏远程控制能力。 为了解决上述问题,本文以QY90V汽车起重机为研究对象,对基于数据驱动的状态性能评估理论方法、实验验证、技术集成等方面进行了研究,具体工作包括: 1)针对工程机械装备健康状况评判缺乏评估模型,导致无法准确判定设备健康状态的问题,通过研究设备的性能状态描述方法,并综合设备信号的特征提取、特征选择、状态分类等理论方法的研究,并依据OSA-CBM(open system architecture for condition-based maintenance)标准流程开发出多模式设备状态性能评估模型的获取系统; 2)基于WEB的设备远程监测诊断平台开发,通过对WEB-GIS/GPS集成技术、嵌入式Google Earth /map技术、面向用户的Web化服务技术的研究,构建基于SOA(service-oriented architecture)的远程监测服务平台系统框架,为大型机械设备远程监测与维护系统的开发提供软件平台支撑。在为企业用户的实际应用提供更大灵活性的同时,可以通过用户权限设置增加用户平台系统的安全性。 通过对上述理论方法与技术应用的集成,实现了状态性能评估模型生成工具及汽车起重机状态远程监控系统的开发。同时实现了基于Web的远程服务系统,并以QY90V汽车起重机的主泵轴承系统为应用对象,在网络的监控平台上进行诊断系统的实际应用,实际应用的效果表明状态性能评估模型生成工具的实用性良好。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of engineering construction scale and the improvement of technical requirements, the role of large-scale mechanical equipment in modern engineering construction has become more and more important. Truck crane is a kind of typical construction machinery equipment. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the health status of its key components. At present, there are few targeted assessment models in the field of equipment health state evaluation, and there is a lack of remote control ability for the performance evaluation and intelligent maintenance of the whole machine system. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes the QY90V truck crane as the research object, studies the data driven state performance evaluation theory method, experimental verification, technology integration and so on. The specific work includes:. 1) in view of the lack of evaluation model for the evaluation of construction machinery and equipment health condition, it is impossible to determine the health state of the equipment accurately. By studying the performance state description method of the equipment, and synthesizing the feature extraction and feature selection of the equipment signal, According to the standard flow of OSA-CBM(open system architecture for condition-based maintenance, a state performance evaluation system for multi-mode devices is developed. 2) the development of remote monitoring and diagnosis platform based on WEB. Through the research of WEB-GIS/GPS integration technology, embedded Google Earth / map technology and Web service technology oriented to users, the system framework of remote monitoring service platform based on SOA(service-oriented architecture is constructed. It provides software platform support for the development of remote monitoring and maintenance system for large mechanical equipment, and provides more flexibility for the practical application of enterprise users, and can increase the security of user platform system through user permission setting. Through the integration of the above theory, method and technology application, the development of the state performance evaluation model generation tool and the remote monitoring and control system of the automobile crane condition is realized, and the remote service system based on Web is realized at the same time. Taking the main pump bearing system of QY90V truck crane as the application object, the practical application of the diagnostic system on the monitoring platform of the network shows that the utility of the state performance evaluation model generation tool is good.
