含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP钢的静态再结晶行为

【摘要】:用Gleeble~(-1)500D热模拟试验机和双道次热压缩方法对含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP钢静态再结晶行为进行了研究,考虑变形温度、应变速率与变形程度对静态再结晶行为的影响。研究结果表明:当变形温度为850℃时,没有发生静态再结晶;当变形温度在950℃以上,发生明显的静态再结晶行为;当应变率为1 s~(-1)时,静态再结晶行为最显著;当应变速率为1 s~(-1)时,随着变形程度的增加,静态再结晶行为更加显著。在试验研究基础上,与含稀土La的C-Mn-Al-P系TRIP钢的Avrami静态再结晶的动力学方程实现了拟合。
[Abstract]:The static recrystallization behavior of C-Mn-Al-P series TRIP steel containing rare earth La was studied by Gleeble~(-1)500D thermal simulation machine and two-pass secondary thermal compression method. The deformation temperature was taken into account. The effect of strain rate and deformation degree on the static recrystallization behavior. The results show that no static recrystallization occurs at deformation temperature 850 鈩,
