基于DRVI的减速器状态监测与故障诊断

【摘要】:随着现代科技的进步与发展,机械设备越来越大型化,结构越来越复杂,自动化程度也越来越高。为了避免由于某一设备故障而导致一连串的设备事故发生,就必须对关键设备进行状态监测与故障诊断。 本文主要讲述的是基于DRVI虚拟仪器平台,搭建一个虚拟仪器,实现对空气压缩机内齿轮箱体部分进行实时的状态监测,并通过分析处理监测所得的信号达到对设备进行诊断的目的。该设计以新型的仪器概念—虚拟仪器为主体,设计成果直接面向实际情况,设计仪器界面清晰、注释详尽,实际可操作性较强。具体工作归纳如下: (1)介绍基于DRVI的减速器状态监测与故障诊断的基本原理,包括设备状态监测与故障诊断概述(定义,理论基础、区别和联系)、实验平台(DRVI平台、转子平台)介绍、信号数据的采集方法、故障特征参量对象的选择及理由、振动特征信号的获取和处理(FFT傅里叶变换、概率密度分析、频谱细化及倒频谱分析)。 (2)将相关故障特征参量对象应用于减速器状态监测与故障诊断。 减速器(包含箱体和转子)可能出现的振动类型,振动故障产生的可能原因,振动测量和监测的基本参数,传感器的选择和安装,振动信号的分析与处理; 针对箱体噪声信号的获取和分析处理。声音传感器的选择及安装,噪声信号的分析与处理(自相关分析、倍频程谱分析、测量的修正); 针对箱体温度信号的获取和分析处理。温度传感器的选择及安装、热电阻测温原理、温度信号的分析与处理(VBScript编程控制显示)。 (3)减速器箱体故障监测与诊断的虚拟仪器设计。所设计的用于对减速器齿轮箱体部分进行状态监测与故障诊断的虚拟仪器各部分简介,操作界面介绍,编程代码。 最后,对论文的研究工作进行了总结,并对进一步的研究工作提出了一些展望。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of modern science and technology, mechanical equipment is becoming more and more large-scale, the structure is becoming more and more complex, and the degree of automation is becoming higher and higher. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of critical equipment must be carried out. In this paper, based on DRVI virtual instrument platform, a virtual instrument is built to monitor the status of the gear box in the air compressor in real time. The design takes the new instrument concept-virtual instrument as the main body, the design result faces the actual situation directly, the interface of the design instrument is clear, the annotation is detailed. Practical maneuverability is relatively strong. The specific work is summarized as follows:. This paper introduces the basic principle of reducer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on DRVI, including the overview of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis (definition, theoretical basis, distinction and connection, experimental platform, rotor platform). The acquisition method of signal data, the selection and reason of fault characteristic parameter object, the acquisition and processing of vibration characteristic signal, FFT Fourier transform, probability density analysis, spectrum thinning and cepstrum analysis. 2) the related fault characteristic parameter object is applied to the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of reducer. The possible vibration types of reducer (including box and rotor), the possible causes of vibration failure, the basic parameters of vibration measurement and monitoring, the selection and installation of sensors, the analysis and processing of vibration signals; The selection and installation of sound sensors, the analysis and processing of noise signals (autocorrelation analysis, frequency-doubling spectrum analysis, measurement correction); The selection and installation of temperature sensor, the principle of thermal resistance temperature measurement, the analysis and processing of temperature signal, and the display of VBScript programming control are discussed. This paper introduces the design of virtual instrument for fault monitoring and diagnosis of reducer box. The virtual instrument used for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of gear box part of reducer is introduced, the operating interface is introduced and the code of programming is introduced. Finally, the paper summarizes the research work and puts forward some prospects for further research work.
