【摘要】:随风能的普及,为了快速查找风力发电机传动系统故障,有效预防并减少由此带来的各种损失,对风力机传动系统故障诊断研究就变得非常迫切。本文阐述了国内外风电行业发展现状及风力发电机组故障诊断技术研究现状。针对风力发电机组传动系统出现的常见故障问题,结合故障诊断理论和信号分析基础,,对风力机传动系统故障进行了诊断。 本文主要有以下研究内容: (1)对风力发电机组传动系统尤其是齿轮振动机理和典型故障进行了学习和总结。 (2)对测试方案、测点的设置和传感器的选择进行研究,并利用有限的现场实测机会尽可能的获得准确和详尽的测试数据。 (3)总结了常用的时域、频域分析方法,对本文用到的HHT变换做了详细的介绍,对实测数据进行较为全面的分析处理,提取故障信号特征,进行故障诊断,主要完成了应用传统信号处理方法对风力机齿轮箱装配故障进行了诊断及利用自己HHT对风力发电机组齿轮故障进行了诊断,并对相关分析方法进行了比较。 本论文主要有以下特点:分析数据全部来自现场实测,贴近实际;采用多种分析方法对故障进行分析,相互印证,以达到精确诊断;对分析结果进行现场拆检,验证分析方法的正确性。
[Abstract]:The popularity of wind energy, in order to quickly find the wind turbine transmission system fault, effectively prevent and reduce various losses, on the research of wind turbine transmission system fault diagnosis becomes very urgent. This paper expounds the domestic and foreign wind power industry development status and wind turbine fault diagnosis technology research status quo. Aiming at the problem of common troubles driving wind power system, combined with the theory of fault diagnosis and signal analysis based on fault diagnosis of wind turbine drive system.
The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1) study and summarize the transmission system of the wind turbine, especially the mechanism of the gear vibration and the typical fault.
(2) research on the test plan, the setting of measuring points and the selection of sensors, and make use of limited field measurement opportunities to get accurate and detailed test data as much as possible.
