大流量外啮合齿轮泵的理论研究

【摘要】:齿轮泵是应用最广泛的容积式液体输送泵,具有尺寸小、重量轻、制造容易、工作可靠、价格低廉、对油液不敏感、自吸能力强、维护方便等优点。但它的输出脉动明显、困油严重、排量小,限制了其应用场合。为了扩大齿轮泵应用范围,本文以齿轮啮合理论为基础提出了一种新型结构的齿轮泵。 新型齿轮泵对普通齿轮泵的结构做了必要的改造,通过把两种不同模数的齿形组合在一起,,将运动、动力传递功能与工作容积变化功能基本分离。分离后,排量增大为同等体积条件下普通直齿轮泵的2倍以上,而困油程度有明显减轻。在新产品的设计过程中,详细研究了齿轮泵的流量特性。推导了计算瞬时流量、流量脉动的计算公式,深入研究了齿轮泵的困油现象,推导出了计算齿轮泵困油容积变化量的计算公式;并应用Pro/ENGINEER软件参数化建模的功能,对齿轮齿形进行精确绘制,建立了齿轮泵的参数化仿真模型;应用ADAMS软件进行了运动学及动力学仿真验证了齿轮泵传动系统模型的正确性;采用ANSYS有限元法对齿轮泵齿轮的结构和受力进行分析;为了捕捉大流量齿轮泵的内部流场变化,对大流量齿轮泵的流场进行了仿真研究,利用Fluent软件的动网格技术对同步齿轮泵的二维简化模型进行了流场仿真,为新型齿轮泵的三维流场仿真分析奠定了基础,为基于动网格的齿轮泵内部流场模拟走向实践奠定基础。
[Abstract]:The gear pump is the most widely used volumetric liquid pump, with small size, light weight, easy manufacture, reliable operation, low price, not sensitive to oil, self-priming ability, convenient maintenance and so on. But its output pulsation is obvious, trapped oil seriously, small displacement, limit its application in order to expand the scope of application occasions. The gear pump gear pump is proposed in this paper, a new structure based on the meshing theory of gears.
The structure model of ordinary gear pump gear pump to do the necessary transformation, through the combination of two kinds of teeth with different modulus together, will exercise the power transfer function and the volume of work function changes the basic separation. After separation, the same displacement increases under the condition that the volume of ordinary straight gear pump more than 2 times, and trapped oil the degree of significant loss. In the process of new product design, with the flow characteristics of gear pump is studied. Calculation of instantaneous flow is deduced. The calculation formula of flow pulsation, in-depth study of the phenomenon of trapped oil gear pump, deduced the calculation formula of gear pump trapped oil volume; and using Pro/ENGINEER software modeling of gear tooth function, accurate rendering, established the parameterized simulation model of gear pump; application of ADAMS software to simulate the kinematics and dynamics simulation of transmission system of gear pump model The correctness of the ANSYS finite element method; structure of the gear pump and force analysis; in order to capture changes in internal flow field of high flow gear pump, the flow field of high flow gear pump was simulated. The simplified model of two dimensions of the synchronization gear pump to simulate the flow field using the dynamic grid technology of Fluent software. The foundation for three-dimensional flow field simulation analysis model of gear pump, gear pump for internal flow field based on dynamic mesh simulation to lay the foundation for practice.
