大型钢板加工的进给机构设计与有限元分析

【摘要】:随着科技的进步与经济的发展,钢铁产业作为国家经济的支撑产业之一,逐步走向繁荣。在钢铁生产与加工过程中,热处理工艺不仅是一道重要工序,还是提高材料强度最重要的手段。大型钢板进给机构是将钢板输送到加热炉中进行热处理的设备,设备运转的好坏,直接影响钢板加工的效率。人们往往将进给机构作为多种热处理设备之一进行研究,然而专门针对进给机构的研究甚少。随着现代社会对高强度钢板需求的增加,钢板进行热处理的要求也会越来越多,钢板进给机构使用的频率就会随着提高,无论从安全方面和还是从经济方面考虑,对进给机构结构的研究都是很有必要的。 首先,本文从力学的有关理论知识着手,着重研究了某进给机构的运动和受力情况,阐述了结构力学、有限元分析理论与方法、有限元分析软件,以及可靠性分析理论及方法等理论方面的知识。其次,通过对进给机构的运动和受力分析以及基于ANSYS的有限元分析,计算分析出进给机构中不合理的设计,由此对进给机构的设计作出调整。最后,对新的方案进行运动和受力分析以及强度校核,重点对改进后的方案进行基于蒙特卡罗法的有限元法可靠性分析,得出在置信度为95%的条件下,改进后的大型钢板进给机构的翻转臂、主轴及车架所受应力值都小于其屈服强度,结构可靠。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, the iron and steel industry, as one of the supporting industries of the national economy, has gradually become prosperous. In the process of steel production and processing, heat treatment is not only an important process, It is also the most important means to improve the strength of the material. The feeding mechanism of large steel plate is the equipment for heat treatment of the steel plate in the heating furnace, and the equipment is good or bad in operation. The feed mechanism is often regarded as one of the kinds of heat treatment equipment, but the research on the feed mechanism is very few. With the increasing demand of high strength steel plate in modern society, the efficiency of steel plate processing is directly affected. The requirement of heat treatment of steel plate will be more and more, and the frequency of the feed mechanism will increase with the increase of the frequency. It is necessary to study the structure of the feed mechanism both from the safety and economic aspects. First of all, based on the theory of mechanics, this paper mainly studies the movement and force of a certain feed mechanism, expounds the structural mechanics, the theory and method of finite element analysis, the software of finite element analysis. Secondly, through the motion and force analysis of the feed mechanism and the finite element analysis based on ANSYS, the unreasonable design of the feed mechanism is calculated and analyzed. So the design of the feed mechanism is adjusted. Finally, the motion and force analysis and strength check of the new scheme are carried out, and the reliability analysis of the improved scheme based on the finite element method based on Monte Carlo method is emphasized. It is concluded that under the condition of confidence of 95%, the stress values of the overturning arm, the spindle and the frame of the improved large steel feed mechanism are less than its yield strength, and the structure is reliable.
