基于本体的减速器产品快速配置系统研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济和互联网的飞速发展,企业间的市场竞争日益加剧,传统的制造业面临着严峻的挑战。消费者对个性化产品的追求已进入白炽化阶段,有着不同的消费水平、职业特点和兴趣爱好的客户总是希望在产品的生产过程中加入自己的个性化条件,因此企业在满足客户个性化需求的同时必须对自身的生产模式作出相应调整。无论从客户需求条件向产品相关技术转换,还是从产品生产成本及交货时间来说,企业必须以短时间,低成本,高效率的生产模式来响应消费者的需求。因此,企业急需建立快速、准确的产品配置系统平台来实现产品的生产管理。 本文在总结产品快速配置系统的理论及模型建立的基础上,针大规模定制下产品快速配置问题,提出了基于产品族的DFMC(Design for Mass Customization)的产品配置方法,并将本体融入到产品配置知识中,首先通过质量功能配置工具将客户需求转化为产品的技术要求并建立客户需求本体模型(CRO),再由产品功能相似性原理及企业现有产品相结合,建立相应产品族模型并建立产品族本体模型(PFO)。最后通过CRO与PFO间的映射来定位与客户需求最相似的产品族,实现了以客户需求为导向的个性化产品快速生产。本文最后以减速器产品为例,建立了完整的减速器产品配置系统模型及相应的CRO、PFO模型,并提出了基于属性匹配原则的映射算法,有效地实现了从客户个性化需求到产品实际生产的过程,为满足个性化产品生产及完善产品快速配置平台理论奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and Internet, the market competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious. The traditional manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges. Consumers' pursuit of personalized products has entered the stage of incandescence and has different consumption levels. Professional characteristics and interests of customers always want to add their own personalized conditions in the production process, Therefore, enterprises must adjust their own production mode in order to meet the individual needs of their customers. Whether from customer demand conditions to product-related technologies, or from the production cost and delivery time, Enterprises must respond to the needs of consumers with a short time, low cost and high efficiency production mode. Therefore, enterprises urgently need to establish a rapid and accurate product configuration system platform to achieve product production management. On the basis of summarizing the theory and model establishment of product rapid configuration system, this paper proposes a product configuration method based on product family DFMC(Design for Mass customization. The ontology is integrated into the product configuration knowledge. Firstly, the customer requirement is transformed into the technical requirement of the product through the quality function configuration tool, and the customer requirement ontology model is established. Then, the principle of product function similarity and the existing products of the enterprise are combined. The corresponding product family model and the product family ontology model are established. Finally, the mapping between CRO and PFO is used to locate the product family that is most similar to the customer's needs. The rapid production of individualized products based on customer demand is realized. Finally, taking the reducer product as an example, a complete product configuration system model of reducer and the corresponding CRO PFO model are established. A mapping algorithm based on attribute matching principle is proposed, which can effectively realize the process from customer's individuation requirement to product actual production, which lays a foundation for satisfying individualized product production and perfecting the theory of product rapid configuration platform.
