流态化气力输送水泥系统的研究

【摘要】:物料的输送在工业生产中是很重要的一个环节,近年来随着水泥行业不断向大型化、现代化发展,气力输送技术已经成为水泥行业普遍采用的物料输送技术。气力输送是一种利用空气气流作为输送动力,在管道内流动来输送干燥的散状固体离子或颗粒物料的输送方法。由于气力输送技术的高效性,目前已广泛应用于水泥、冶金、化工、电力等行业。另外,气力输送技术经过多年的发展,技术和理论知识日益完善,气力输送系统种类也日渐丰富,而且也变得越来越复杂,所以要设计并应用一套气力输送系统,不仅要使其具有低能耗和高稳定性,而且要根据特定的工业生产环境和要求选择合适的参数、配置以及布置。 本文的主要内容是设计一套应用于施工现场的水泥输送系统,所采用的技术是流态化气力输送技术。流态化实际上是一种状态,是固体物料颗粒在流体介质作用下的流化状态,是一种介于固定床与输送床之间的相对稳定状态。本文首先介绍了气力输送系统的概念、类型及其优缺点和流态化技术的基本理论知识;其次根据工况完成了气力输送系统的各项参数计算,包括输送风速va、混合比m、悬浮速度v(?),和系统压损等,然后参照有关的规范和手册,完成水泥输送装置中主要设备的选型和气力输送系统的绘制;最后设计了除尘器、计量设备和料位计等设备以使整个输送系统具有防尘、自动计量、料位测量等功能,最终形成一个完善的体系,所设计的系统已在多个现场得到实现应用,效果良好。
[Abstract]:The transportation of materials is a very important link in industrial production. In recent years, with the development of the cement industry to a large scale and modernization, Pneumatic conveying technology has become a widely used material transportation technology in cement industry. Pneumatic conveying is a kind of air flow as the transmission power. A method of conveying dry bulk solid ions or particles through a pipeline. Due to the high efficiency of pneumatic conveying technology, it has been widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power and other industries. With the development of pneumatic conveying technology for many years, the technical and theoretical knowledge is becoming more and more perfect, and the variety of pneumatic conveying system is becoming more and more complicated, so it is necessary to design and apply a pneumatic conveying system. It should not only have low energy consumption and high stability, but also select suitable parameters, configuration and layout according to the specific industrial production environment and requirements. The main content of this paper is to design a set of cement conveying system which is applied to the construction site. The technology used is fluidized pneumatic conveying technology. Fluidization is actually a kind of state. It is the fluidized state of solid particles under the action of fluid medium and a relatively stable state between the fixed bed and the conveying bed. The concept of pneumatic conveying system is introduced in this paper. Types, their advantages and disadvantages and the basic theoretical knowledge of fluidization technology. Secondly, the calculation of the parameters of pneumatic conveying system is completed according to the working conditions, including conveying wind speed vav, mixing ratio m, suspension velocity VX? Then, referring to the relevant specifications and manuals, the selection of main equipment and the drawing of pneumatic conveying system in cement conveyer are completed. Finally, the dust collector is designed. The whole conveying system has the functions of dust-proof, automatic measurement and level measurement. Finally, a perfect system is formed. The designed system has been applied in many fields, and the effect is good.
