履带起重机总体设计研究及计算程序实现

【摘要】:论文在分析当前国内外履带起重机产业技术发展现状和趋势的基础上,结合企业某款履带起重机产品的开发,首先详细介绍了履带起重机结构组成和工作原理,分析了履带起重机总体设计内容及步骤。 在详细分析现有履带起重机总体设计输入的不足之处的基础上,在履带起重机总体设计中提出了“产品定义”的概念,重点分析了实现产品定义的技术工具:性能指标体系,并指出了产品定义的意义。 在提升机构匹配计算、变幅机构匹配计算、回转机构匹配计算、行走机构匹配计算过程中,本文并没有一贯的罗列常用的公式,而是以提升机构匹配为例,论述了依据速度、拉力等数据调整元件参数的技巧,实现了在匹配计算中灵活选型满足设计输入的目的。 在臂架组合设计中,论文着重论述了臂架的受力分析和内力计算,这是精确计算臂架强度和稳定性的基础,但在实际工作中却因为计算复杂而不顾计算精度进行简化。 履带起重机整机起重性能是指不同臂长不同幅度下的起重能力。整机起重性能由臂架强度与稳定性、整机抗倾覆稳定性、回转支承性能、机构起重能力及其它重要的受力构件强度与稳定性决定的。本文论述了整机额定起重性能生成方法,并着重论述了起重性能曲线的含义,根据曲线特点判断结构的合理性及结构调整的思路。 最后论文以履带起重机总体开发理论计算为基础,开发了面向设计工作人员的履带起重机整机计算程序,实现了总体快速设计,并成功应用于实际履带起重机产品开发中。因此,本论文的研究成果具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the present situation and trend of the crawler crane industry at home and abroad, the structure and working principle of the crawler crane are introduced in detail, combining with the development of a certain crawler crane product in the enterprise. The contents and steps of the overall design of crawler crane are analyzed. Based on the detailed analysis of the inadequacies of the general design input of the crawler crane, the concept of "product definition" is put forward in the overall design of the crawler crane, and the technical tool to realize the product definition: the performance index system is analyzed emphatically. The significance of product definition is pointed out. In the process of matching calculation of lifting mechanism, amplitude changing mechanism, rotating mechanism and walking mechanism, this paper does not always list the commonly used formulas, but takes the matching of lifting mechanism as an example to discuss the basis speed. The technique of adjusting component parameters by pulling force and other data realizes the purpose of flexible selection to meet the design input in matching calculation. In the design of jib combination, the stress analysis and internal force calculation of jib are emphasized, which is the basis of accurate calculation of strength and stability of boom, but it is simplified in practice because of the complexity of calculation. The lifting performance of crawler crane refers to the lifting capacity under different arm length and amplitude. The lifting performance of the whole crane is determined by the strength and stability of the boom, the stability of the whole machine against overturning, and the performance of the slewing support. In this paper, the method of generating the rated lifting performance of the whole machine is discussed, and the meaning of the lifting performance curve is emphatically discussed. The rationality of the structure and the train of thought of structural adjustment are judged according to the characteristics of the curve. Finally, based on the overall development theory calculation of crawler crane, the whole machine calculation program for design staff is developed, and the overall rapid design is realized. It has been successfully applied to the development of crawler crane products. Therefore, the research results of this paper have important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.
