ITER馈线系统的计算机辅助精度设计与分析

【摘要】:馈线系统主要完成向ITER(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor)中主要磁体系统进行供电、冷却、测量控制诊断等任务,由线圈终端盒、内部馈线和过渡馈线等部件组成。本文结合馈线系统线圈终端盒的检测要求,利用CATIA下的公差分析软件CETOL6σ对终端盒结构进行了精度设计和分析,用极值法和统计法对尺寸链进行了计算,对分析结果进行了优化,使结构中各个被检测部件的位置度能够达到检测要求。 本论文的研究内容主要分为四个部分: 一是建立了馈线系统终端盒三维实体模型。在三维建模软件CATIA平台下建立了终端盒三维实体模型,得到了初步研究对象,根据实际装配情况完成模型的装配和简化,移除了与分析尺寸不相关的零部件,合并了对分析结果不产生影响的组件。对简化后的模型进行了重新装配。 二是建立了馈线系统终端盒公差模型。在简化的三维实体模型基础上建立公差模型。利用模型中的特征,确定了模型的基准,,设计尺寸公差、几何公差等精度要求,完成了以终端盒箱体精度要求为目标进行的精度分析。 三是建立了馈线系统终端盒内部结构公差模型。在CETOL6σ平台下确定了终端盒内部结构装配基准,根据基准按照装配顺序设定了零部件自由度,建立了无过约束和欠约束的装配公差模型。定义了零部件特征和尺寸精度要求。通过分析结果中夹持管道的板面安装精度,利用极值法计算出了冷却管道位置最大变化范围在6.5mm内,超导母线位置变化范围超出了2.5mm。 四是根据分析结果进行优化设计。在获得的各个分析对象结果基础上,根据对装配质量产生影响的组成环的敏感度和贡献度数据查找出关键尺寸,便于在生产中保证这些尺寸和精度要求。以满足检测要求和降低产品制造成本为前提,对尺寸链中零部件精度进行了优化设计至合理。
[Abstract]:The feeder system mainly completes the tasks of supplying power, cooling, measuring, controlling and diagnosing to the main magnet system in ITER(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor. According to the detection requirements of the coil terminal box of the feeder system, the tolerance analysis software CETOL6 蟽 under CATIA is used to design and analyze the precision of the terminal box structure. The dimension chain is calculated by extreme value method and statistical method, and the analysis results are optimized, so that the position degree of each detected part in the structure can meet the detection requirements. The research content of this thesis is divided into four parts:. First, the 3D entity model of the terminal box of the feeder system is established. The 3D entity model of the terminal box is established on the platform of CATIA, and the preliminary research object is obtained. The assembly and simplification of the model are completed according to the actual assembly conditions. The components which are not related to the size of the analysis are removed and the components which have no effect on the analysis results are combined. The simplified model is reassembled. Secondly, the tolerance model of the terminal box of the feeder system is established. The tolerance model is established on the basis of the simplified three-dimensional solid model. By using the characteristics of the model, the accuracy requirements of the model, such as the standard of the model, the design dimension tolerance and the geometric tolerance, are determined. The precision analysis of the terminal box is completed. Thirdly, the tolerance model of the inner structure of the terminal box of the feeder system is established. The assembly datum of the inner structure of the terminal box is determined under the CETOL6 蟽 platform, and the degree of freedom of the parts is set according to the assembly order of the datum. An assembly tolerance model without over-constraint and under-constraint is established. The characteristics and dimensional accuracy requirements of the parts are defined. The plate mounting accuracy of the clamped pipe is analyzed. By using the extreme value method, the maximum variation range of the cooling pipe position is calculated in 6.5mm, and the superconducting bus position range exceeds 2.5 mm. The fourth is to optimize the design according to the analysis results. On the basis of the results of each analysis object, the key dimensions are found according to the sensitivity and contribution data of the constituent ring which has an impact on assembly quality. In order to meet the inspection requirements and reduce the manufacturing cost, the precision of the parts in the dimension chain is optimized to be reasonable.
