小模数弧齿锥齿轮粉末冶金成形齿面的设计与模具制作

【摘要】:弧齿锥齿轮因其承载能力强,传动比大等优势,在相交轴传动件的行业内占据着非常重要的地位。小模数弧齿锥齿轮广泛应用于电动工具、缝纫设备等行业,市场需求量巨大。小模数弧齿锥齿轮由于尺寸小,,小轮无法采用单面法加工以与双面法加工的大轮相配,而只能采用双面法加工,这种组合称之为双重双面法。但随着相关整机性能的不断提高,对小模数弧齿锥齿轮的啮合性能要求也越来越高。以往的小模数弧齿锥齿轮加工方法,加工周期虽短,但因其加工特点,无法满足齿面的良好啮合,无法单独控制配对齿面的啮合质量,从而齿面啮合不稳定、噪声大,啮合性能较差。 为了提高小模数弧齿锥齿轮的啮合性能。本文拟采用的加工方法为:小轮采用双面法铣齿,大轮的齿形由粉末冶金成形加工,即给定双面法小轮,基于齿轮啮合原理,构建具有良好啮合性能的配对大轮齿面,大轮用粉末冶金法批量生产。本文从以下几个方面进行了研究: 1基于局部综合法、TCA技术,设计大轮单面法、小轮双面法的加工参数,使得齿轮副的加工参数在理论上拥有较好的啮合性能,为两齿面精确传动创建理论依据。以一对齿轮为例,在满足特定啮合性能与齿面接触的基础之上,设计加工参数,并创建齿轮副的三维模型。 2根据齿轮副的加工参数,建立齿面加工坐标系。由刀具与被加工齿面间的位置与运动关系,得到齿面方程,构建齿面加工的数学模型。用TCA分析齿面的接触情况,运用UG中的数控模块模拟齿轮模具的加工轨迹,并生成加工代码。 3探讨了粉末冶金标准齿轮的加工方法,即在铣齿机上铣削和在五轴高精密数控加工中心上加工标准齿轮的方法。根据UG下的三维模型,选择在数控加工中心上加工出与三维模型相同的标准齿轮。 4标准齿轮的加工试验。受加工条件所限,改为加工中等模数的齿轮,根据齿轮齿形加工的工艺参数,由精确的三维齿面模型生成数控加工程序,在铣齿机上铣削出标准齿轮。并在齿轮检查机上对标准齿轮进行滚动检查,分析齿面接触状况。
[Abstract]:Arc bevel gear has a very important position in the industry of intersecting shaft transmission because of its strong bearing capacity and large transmission ratio. Small modulus spiral bevel gear is widely used in electric tools, sewing equipment and other industries. The market demand is huge. Because of the small size of the small modulus arc bevel gear, the small wheel can not be processed by one side method to match the big wheel made by the double side method, but can only be processed by the double side method. This combination is called double double face method. However, with the continuous improvement of the performance of the whole machine, the meshing performance of small modulus arc bevel gears is becoming more and more high. The previous machining methods of small modulus arc bevel gears have a short processing period. However, because of its processing characteristics, it can not satisfy the good meshing of the tooth surface, and can not control the meshing quality of the paired tooth surface alone, thus the tooth surface meshing is unstable, the noise is large, and the meshing performance is poor. In order to improve the meshing performance of small modulus arc bevel gears, the machining methods proposed in this paper are as follows: the teeth of small wheels are milled on two sides, the tooth profile of large wheels is formed by powder metallurgy, that is to say, given double face small wheels, based on the meshing principle of gears, A pair of large gear tooth surfaces with good meshing performance was constructed and produced in batches by powder metallurgy. The following aspects were studied in this paper:. 1 based on the local synthesis method and TCA technology, the machining parameters of the large wheel one-sided method and the small wheel double-sided method are designed, so that the machining parameters of the gear pair have better meshing performance in theory. Taking a pair of gears as an example, on the basis of satisfying the specific meshing performance and contact with the tooth surface, the machining parameters are designed and the three-dimensional model of the gear pair is created. (2) according to the machining parameters of gear pair, the machining coordinate system of tooth surface is established. The equation of tooth surface is obtained from the relationship between the position and motion of the cutting tool and the processed tooth surface, and the mathematical model of tooth surface machining is constructed. The contact of tooth surface is analyzed by TCA. The NC module in UG is used to simulate the machining track of gear die and generate machining code. 3. The machining method of powder metallurgy standard gear is discussed, that is, milling on milling machine and machining standard gear on five-axis high precision NC machining center. The standard gear which is the same as the three-dimensional model is machined on the NC machining center. (4) Machining test of standard gear. Limited by machining conditions, it is changed to machining gear with medium modulus. According to the processing parameters of gear profile, the NC machining program is generated from the accurate three-dimensional tooth surface model. The standard gear is milled on the gear milling machine, and the standard gear is checked by rolling on the gear inspection machine to analyze the contact condition of the tooth surface.
