客运索道数字化监控系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:作为特种设备,安全是客运索道的生命。加强安全监督管理,保障客运索道安全运营一直是各级政府和索道运营企业坚持不懈的责任和目标。而实现安全运行的关键还得靠先进的控制技术和监视技术来做保障,以减少人为因素带来的操作失误和安全隐患。现有国内索道控制基本为继电器和PLC控制,受其功能的限制,给设备运行状况的监控和故障发生后的原因分析带来的很大的难度,更难以实现设备运行故障的预知性。 本系统提出了客运索道数字化监控系统总体的硬件构成。采用工业控制计算机为主控制和管理单元,与PLC进行通讯实现变量的检测与控制;具体分析了影响索道安全运营的关键参数并进行了分类,实现系统核心部件的关键参数的采集与故障分析;以视频监控实现吊厢的视频监视与存储,为索道安全运行和事故救援提供依据;利用CAN总线技术实现了索道支架线路的信息采集及传输,以达到客运索道安全、高效和可视操作的目的。
[Abstract]:As special equipment, safety is the life of passenger ropeway. Ensuring the safe operation of passenger ropeways has always been the unremitting responsibility and goal of governments and cableway operators at all levels. However, the key to the safe operation of passenger ropeways depends on advanced control technology and surveillance technology. The existing domestic cableway control is basically relay and PLC control. Limited by its function, it is very difficult to monitor the operation condition of the equipment and analyze the causes after the failure. It is more difficult to realize the prediction of equipment running failure. The hardware structure of the digital monitoring system for passenger ropeway is put forward in this system. The industrial control computer is used as the main control and management unit. The system communicates with PLC to realize the variable detection and control. The key parameters affecting the safe operation of the cableway are analyzed and classified to realize the collection and fault analysis of the key parameters of the core components of the system, and the video surveillance and storage of the hanging box are realized by the video surveillance. This paper provides the basis for the safe operation and accident rescue of the cableway, and uses CAN bus technology to realize the information collection and transmission of the cableway support line, in order to achieve the purpose of safe, efficient and visual operation of the passenger ropeway.
