盘式制动器铜基摩擦片摩擦制动特性的实验研究

【摘要】:为了研究盘式制动器铜基摩擦片与制动盘的摩擦制动特性,分析了盘式制动器制动原理。通过对铜基摩擦片的摩擦特性进行实验,探讨了不同制动速度以及制动压力下摩擦系数和磨损率的变化规律。研究结果表明:制动压力为30 N时,摩擦系数随时间逐渐增大并趋于稳定,稳定后的平均值为0.46;磨损率随制动压力增加而增加,随制动速度的增加而减小;此外,制动压力为30 N、制动速度为80 mm/min时,达到实验中的最佳制动效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the friction braking characteristics between copper base friction disc and brake disc of disc brake, the braking principle of disc brake is analyzed. The variation law of friction coefficient and wear rate under different braking speed and braking pressure are discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient increases with time and tends to be stable when braking pressure is 30 N. The average value after stabilization is 0.46. The wear rate increases with the increase of braking pressure and decreases with the increase of braking speed. In addition, the optimal braking effect is achieved when braking pressure is 30 N and braking speed is 80 mm/min.
