云制造若干关键技术研究及其原型系统初步开发

【摘要】:随着云计算各种核心技术的日益发展和成熟,制造领域出现了云制造技术。云制造是基于云计算的一种新的制造模式,目前还处于初级发展阶段,如何构建云制造服务平台并为分布式客户提供各种制造资源服务还处于初步研究和发展阶段。本文分析了计算机集成制造、应用服务提供商、制造网格等先进制造模式的技术特点,结合云计算技术研究了云制造的体系结构以及云制造服务平台的功能需求;针对本文提出的一种云制造体系结构,提出了资源接入的基本要求,以及若干资源的接入方法。利用云计算的核心技术—虚拟化和SaaS技术,在V13环境下建立了虚拟机群集及虚拟桌面池,利用虚拟化技术对若干软硬件资源进行了封装;在X86环境下基于Web构建了初步的云制造原型系统,基于MySQL的二次开发构建了分布式数据库系统和实时数据库系统;借助数据库及谷歌文件系统(GFS)技术,研究开发了一种基于历史任务统计的任务分解模型和一种基于云制造平台的资源管理和资源匹配调度方法,实现了若干云制造资源的有效管理及远程共享。论文的章节安排如下:第一章介绍了本论文的来源,课题的主要研究内容,简述了相关领域的国内外研究现状和发展趋势,最后介绍了论文的主要研究内容及论文的组织结构。第二章分析了云制造服务平台的功能需求,提出云制造服务平台五大支撑模块:Web端服务支撑模块、业务模式和平台监管支撑模块、任务分解支撑模块、资源调用平台支撑模块、资源封装支撑模块,并对五大支撑模块进行了功能模型分析。第三章分析了云制造系统所需的若干关键技术,分析并提出了资源的封装规范、表示方法和接入方法,提出了基于历史任务统计的任务分解模型及基于数据库表的资源管理和匹配调度方法;分析了虚拟化技术并提出了若干种软硬件资源的虚拟化封装办法,介绍了虚拟机集群技术以及Web端服务形式和技术。第四章研究了云制造原型系统的构建方法,研究了支撑云制造原型系统的虚拟机群集以及虚拟桌面池的构建方法,利用MySQL构建了分布式数据库系统和实时数据库系统作为云制造原型系统的后台支撑数据库,研究了Web服务平台的搭建方法。第五章以某电机开发过程为例演示了在云制造原型系统上开展资源共享服务的部分实例,包括远程电磁设计软件、CRM、PDM以及虚拟桌面应用等。第六章对本论文的研究工作和成果进行总结,并指出本文云制造原型系统今后需要进一步开展的工作。
[Abstract]:With the development and maturity of various core technologies of cloud computing, cloud manufacturing technology has emerged in the manufacturing field. Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing model based on cloud computing, which is still in the primary stage of development. How to build cloud manufacturing service platform and provide various manufacturing resource services for distributed customers is still in the preliminary research and development stage. This paper analyzes the computer integrated manufacturing, application service providers, Combined with cloud computing technology, the architecture of cloud manufacturing and the functional requirements of cloud manufacturing service platform are studied. This paper puts forward the basic requirements of resource access and the access methods of some resources. Using the core technologies of cloud computing virtualization and SaaS, the virtual machine cluster and virtual desktop pool are established in V13 environment. Some software and hardware resources are encapsulated by using virtualization technology, and a preliminary cloud manufacturing prototype system based on Web is constructed in X86 environment, and a distributed database system and a real-time database system are constructed based on the secondary development of MySQL. With the help of database and Google File system (GFS) technology, a task decomposition model based on historical task statistics and a method of resource management and resource matching scheduling based on cloud manufacturing platform are developed. Some effective management and remote sharing of cloud manufacturing resources are realized. The chapters are arranged as follows: the first chapter introduces the source of this paper, the main research contents of the subject, and briefly describes the domestic and foreign research status and development trends in related fields. Finally, the main research contents and organization structure of the thesis are introduced. Chapter 2 analyzes the functional requirements of cloud manufacturing service platform, and proposes five supporting modules: Web end service support module. Business mode and platform supervision support module, task decomposition support module, resource call platform support module, resource encapsulation support module, In the third chapter, some key technologies of cloud manufacturing system are analyzed, and the encapsulation specification, representation method and access method of resources are analyzed and put forward. The task decomposition model based on historical task statistics and the resource management and matching scheduling method based on database table are put forward, the virtualization technology is analyzed, and some virtualization encapsulation methods of software and hardware resources are proposed. This paper introduces the virtual machine cluster technology and the service form and technology of Web. Chapter 4 studies the building method of cloud manufacturing prototype system, the cluster of virtual machines and the building method of virtual desktop pool, which support cloud manufacturing prototype system. The distributed database system and the real time database system are constructed by using MySQL as the background support database of the cloud manufacturing prototype system. In chapter 5, taking a motor development process as an example, we demonstrate some examples of resource sharing service in cloud manufacturing prototype system. The sixth chapter summarizes the research work and results of this thesis, and points out the future work of cloud manufacturing prototype system in this paper.
