天然关节软骨与医用不锈钢摩擦磨损行为研究

【摘要】:采用天然关节软骨与不锈钢摩擦副在往复运动试验机上进行关节软骨的摩擦学试验研究,探讨载荷、速度、润滑和作用时间对摩擦磨损行为的影响并分析其作用机理,并对摩擦磨损前后的软骨表面进行分析.结果表明:随着载荷从10 N增至22 N,软骨与不锈钢间的摩擦系数从0.147降至0.117;在同样的润滑和压力下,速度越大软骨和不锈钢的摩擦系数越小;透明质酸溶液可以有效降低软骨与不锈钢之间的摩擦,长时间试验后摩擦系数基本保持在0.23左右.试验后软骨表面出现磨损并伴有大量磨损颗粒,表面有明显的划痕出现,磨粒的粒径大小分布范围较窄,小尺寸的磨粒数目较多.
[Abstract]:The tribological test of articular cartilage was carried out on a reciprocating motion tester with natural articular cartilage and stainless steel friction pair. The effects of load, speed, lubrication and working time on the friction and wear behavior were discussed and the mechanism of the friction and wear was analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficient between the cartilage and stainless steel decreases from 0.147 to 0.117 with the increase of load from 10 N to 22 N, and the friction coefficient decreases from 0.147 to 0.117 under the same lubrication and pressure. The larger the velocity, the smaller the friction coefficient between cartilage and stainless steel, and the lower the friction between cartilage and stainless steel can be effectively reduced by hyaluronic acid solution. After a long time test, the friction coefficient was kept around 0.23. After the experiment, the cartilage surface was worn and accompanied by a large number of wear particles, and there were obvious scratches on the surface, the size distribution range of the abrasive particles was narrow, and the number of small size abrasive particles was more.
