高速高精度填盘机研发及其仿真分析

【摘要】:填盘作业是将许多杂乱无序的微小零件如微型电阻片,有序地排列放置到治具中,以便后续工序快速顺利地衔接。随着设备精密性、流水线快速性的发展,生产上对于填盘速度和填盘精度的要求越来越高,填盘质量的好坏关系到生产周期的长短,影响企业交货的快速性。高速高精度填盘机是精密填盘组装生产工艺的关键设备,但是,由于产品尺寸微小化,以及不同生产工艺对填盘速度和填盘质量的要求不同,多年来国内一直未能很好的解决“高速高精度填盘机”的设计问题。 本课题组受江苏苏州慧捷自动化科技有限公司委托,开展了高速高精度填盘机设计问题的研究。根据企业要求,设计了可以对微小元器件进行吸附的高速高精度填盘机的结构方案,并研制了设备样机。 本文首先探讨了与本课题相关的填盘设备在国内外的研究发展现状,根据企业对产品的吸附填盘要求,对填盘机自动填盘技术进行了比较,,最终确立了一种新型的自动化填盘技术的优选方案,绘制了自动化填盘机的方案结构图。基于串联系统可靠度模型,对设计的两种吸附回路方案进行了对比分析,通过定量计算确定了系统的吸附回路方案。为确保填盘吸附的速度以及精度,对填盘吸附进行了性能分析,在理论计算以及实验验证的基础上,设计了整个系统的吸附回路结构。对填盘机进行了功能上的分析,利用Solidworks软件对设备整体结构进行了三维设计,采用SolidworksSimulation仿真软件对空心主轴、吸盘轴、支撑板等关键结构进行了有限元分析优化,为高速高精度填盘机的设计、结构优化以及生产制造奠定了理论基础。 制备出的设备样机在对LOW-LOW电阻片的引脚或芯片进行填盘过程中,实现了作业速度快、填盘精度高、填盘失效率低的效果,大大提高了工作效率,具有良好的应用前景。

The research group of Jiangsu Suzhou smacon Automation Technology Co. Ltd. entrusted, carried out the research of high speed and high precision filling disc machine design problems. According to the requirements of enterprises, design a structure scheme of high speed and high precision for adsorption of small components of the filling machine, and developed a prototype machine.
This paper first discusses the research status and the related issue of the fill plate equipment at home and abroad, according to the business requirements of the product fill disc on disc machine automatic adsorption, fill in fill plate technology are compared, finally established a new automatic filling disk technology optimization, program structure diagram drawing automation fill the disc machine. Series system reliability model based on two kinds of adsorption circuit design were analyzed, to determine the adsorption loop system through quantitative calculation. In order to ensure the filling disc adsorption speed and accuracy, to analyze the performance of adsorption plate filling, based on theoretical calculation and experimental verification. The design of the circuit structure, the adsorption of the whole system. To fill the disc machine analysis function, the overall structure of the equipment for the 3D design using the Solidworks software, using SolidworksSimulation simulation software The key structures such as hollow spindle, sucker shaft and supporting plate were optimized by finite element analysis, which laid a theoretical foundation for the design, structural optimization and manufacturing of high-speed and high-precision filling machine.
The prototype of the equipment has achieved fast operation speed, high accuracy of filling and low failure rate of filling disk when filling the pin or chip of LOW-LOW resistor chip, which greatly improves the work efficiency and has a good application prospect.
