纯电动扒渣车势能回收系统的参数匹配及优化

【摘要】:纯电动扒渣车的势能回收系统有很多种设计方案,方法的不同直接影响势能回收的效果,并且回收系统中各个关键元件的参数对回收效果也有着很大的影响。为了提高纯电动扒渣车动臂势能回收系统的回收效率,针对电动扒渣车的结构特点和特性,设计了一种纯电动扒渣车的动臂势能回收方案,并对其进行关键元件参数初步匹配计算;在此基础上基于遗传算法对匹配后的参数进行了优化;利用AMEsim与Matlab-simulink进行建模和联合仿真,结果表明回收方案可行,参数匹配效果良好。
[Abstract]:There are many design schemes for the potential energy recovery system of the pure electric slag pick-up car. The different methods directly affect the effect of the potential energy recovery. And the parameters of each key component in the recovery system also have a great influence on the recovery effect. In order to improve the recovery efficiency of the moving arm potential energy recovery system of the pure electric slag pick-up car, the structural characteristics and characteristics of the electric slag pick-up car are pointed out. In this paper, a scheme of potential energy recovery of moving arm of pure electric scraps is designed, and the parameters of key components are preliminarily matched, and the parameters after matching are optimized based on genetic algorithm. AMEsim and Matlab-simulink are used for modeling and simulation. The results show that the recovery scheme is feasible and the parameter matching effect is good.
