基于改进NSGA-Ⅱ的新型自动变速箱轮系优化设计

【摘要】:双离合自动变速器DCT(Dual Clutch Transmission)是目前世界上比较优秀的自动变速箱之一,具有换挡平稳、动力性好等优点。新型自主研发自动变速箱的设计思想源于选择性输入双离合自动变速器,在其基础上以控制输出替代控制输入,并运用技术比较成熟的行星轮系系统以减小其档位齿轮个数达到减小其轴向尺寸的效果。由于NSGA-Ⅱ为当今世界多目标进化算法中的一枝独秀,具有精英策略、约束处理、无共享参数等优秀性能,能很好的实现算法结果的收敛性和解的多样性。运用庄家法则能快速减少对象和淘汰组员的优势与预排序构造集元素不被它后面的元素所支配的特性,提出改进的NSGA-Ⅱ—基于预排序的庄家法则快速构造非支配解集方法。本文主要围绕该新型选择性输出自动变速器展开,,运用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ对行星轮系部件的设计进行优化,得到最优解。本文主要研究内容如下; (1)介绍自动变速器的种类、特点、运用场合、发展现状及其各自的工作原理并进行优缺点对比。 (2)总结DCT的两种分类方式及其特点,分析新型选择性输出DCT的结构特点和工作原理,同时对行星轮系部件进行说明并介绍行星轮系设计时的原则和注意事项,介绍齿圈设计及加工过程中一些干涉。 (3)介绍遗传算法,NSGA-Ⅱ,Pareto解及庄家法则,并给出改进NSGA-Ⅱ的算法步骤和选择最优解的方法。 (4)运用改进NSGA-Ⅱ的算法,对行星轮系进行优化设计,提出目标函数及限制条件,运用Matlab工具进行编程得到Pareto解并通过计算得到最优解。
[Abstract]:Double clutch automatic transmission DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) is one of the automatic gearbox world relatively good at present, has advantages of good dynamic stability of the shift, etc. design new sources of independent research and development of automatic transmission in the selective input dual clutch automatic transmission, on the basis to control the output instead of the control input, and the use of planetary gear train system with mature technology to reduce the number of gears to reduce its axial size effect. Because the NSGA- II as one of the world's multi objective evolutionary algorithm in a thriving, with elite strategy, constraint handling, without sharing parameters such as excellent performance, good convergence and achieve results the diversity of use can quickly reduce the banker law advantage and pre sorting objects are constructed and eliminated members of the set of elements are not characteristic elements after the control, this thesis proposes an improved N SGA- II - non dominated solution set method for rapid construction of banker law based on pre ordering. This paper mainly focuses on the new selective output of automatic transmission, using the improved NSGA- design of planetary gear train components were optimized to obtain the optimal solution. The main research contents of this paper are as follows;
(1) introduce the types, features, applications, development status and their respective working principles of automatic transmission, and compare their advantages and disadvantages.
(2) two classification of DCT and its characteristics, analyses the structural characteristics and working principle of a new type of selective output DCT, the components of planetary gear train is described and the design of the planetary gear train the principles and considerations, some interference ring gear design and processing.
(3) introduce the genetic algorithm, NSGA- II, Pareto solution and the rule of the dealer, and give the algorithm steps to improve the NSGA- II and the method of choosing the optimal solution.
(4) use the improved NSGA- II algorithm to optimize the planetary gear train, and propose the objective function and the restrictive condition. We use the Matlab tool to program the Pareto solution and get the optimal solution by calculation.
