基于高速开关阀的数字式变量泵研究

【摘要】:在液压控制系统中,液压泵是一个不可缺少的核心元件,其性能的好坏直接对液压系统的性能有着重要的影响。为实现液压系统较高的能源效率及可控性能,变量泵在较多的液压系统中使用。泵变量主要有电机变频调速和改变排量两种方式,但两种方式都存在着较大的惯性,动态响应慢等问题,严重阻碍液压系统整体性能的提升。 本文针对两种变量方式的不足,设计了一种由定量泵、高速开关阀、插装阀、蓄能器等元件组成的在闭环控制状态下实现变量功能的数字式变量泵。该泵利用高速开关阀控插装阀代替普通变量泵的变量机构,消除变量机构的惯性影响,改善液压系统的动态响应,通过控制PWM信号,实现较大的流量或压力控制范围,从而提高液压系统效率及控制性能。 论文分析了高速开关阀及插装阀的相关特性,阐述了数字式变量泵先导控制级——高速开关阀控插装阀的控制策略,通过工作原理分析、数学方程建立及AMEsim软件仿真,选择控制性能优越的二位三通高速开关阀控插装阀作为数字式变量泵的先导控制级。其后,确定了数字式变量泵的整体控制方案,通过工作原理分析和建模仿真,研究了控制方案的可行性及其不同参数对数字式变量泵性能的影响。最后通过闭环优化控制,使数字式变量泵具有较小的压力波动范围和较短的响应时间,来实现数字式变量泵的最佳控制性能。
[Abstract]:In the hydraulic control system, hydraulic pump is an indispensable core component, its performance has a direct impact on the performance of the hydraulic system. In order to achieve higher energy efficiency and controllability of hydraulic system, Variable pump is used in many hydraulic systems. There are two main pump variables: motor variable frequency speed regulation and variable displacement, but there are many problems such as large inertia, slow dynamic response and so on, which seriously hinder the improvement of the whole performance of hydraulic system. Aiming at the deficiency of two kinds of variable mode, this paper designs a kind of quantitative pump, high speed switch valve and cartridge valve. The digital variable pump, composed of accumulator and other components, realizes variable function under closed loop control. The pump uses high speed switch valve to control cartridge valve instead of variable mechanism of ordinary variable pump to eliminate inertia influence of variable mechanism. The dynamic response of hydraulic system is improved. By controlling PWM signal, a large flow or pressure control range is realized, thus improving the efficiency and control performance of hydraulic system. This paper analyzes the characteristics of high speed switch valve and cartridge valve, and expounds the control strategy of digital variable variable pump pilot control stage-high speed switch valve control cartridge valve. Through the analysis of working principle, the establishment of mathematical equation and the simulation of AMEsim software. The two-position three-way high-speed switch valve controlled cartridge valve with superior control performance is selected as the pilot control stage of the digital variable variable pump. Then, the overall control scheme of the digital variable pump is determined, and the working principle analysis and modeling and simulation are carried out. The feasibility of the control scheme and the influence of different parameters on the performance of the digital variable pump are studied. Finally, through the closed-loop optimization control, the digital variable pump has a smaller pressure fluctuation range and a shorter response time. To achieve the optimal control performance of digital variable pump.
