基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策支持系统研究

【摘要】:再制造工程作为未来重点发展的方向之一,以节约资源、节省能源和保护环境为主要特点。本文在分析再制造工程相关研究基础上,探讨了再制造工艺知识获取与表达;构建了基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策模型,并用案例进行了分析;借助Java及SQL Server等开发平台工具,,开发了基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策支持原型系统。 (1)再制造工艺知识表达模型与方法的探讨。针对再制造工艺知识特点,建立了再制造工艺知识表达模型。 (2)再制造工艺实例库与规则库的构建。在再制造工艺知识表达基础上,建立了再制造工艺实例库与规则库,实现再制造工艺知识的获取、存储、共享与应用。 (3)基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策模型构建。利用案例推理(CBR)和规则推理(RBR)等决策技术,构建了基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策模型。 (4)再制造工艺智能决策案例分析。以液压缸再制造为案例,分析并验证了上述所构建的决策支持模型的有效性与可行性。 (5)基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策支持原型系统的设计与实现。通过对系统结构、系统功能及相关数据库等方面的设计,开发并实现了基于知识的再制造工艺智能决策支持原型系统。
[Abstract]:As one of the key development directions in the future, remanufacturing engineering is characterized by saving resources, saving energy and protecting environment. Based on the analysis of relevant research on remanufacturing engineering, this paper discusses the acquisition and expression of remanufacturing process knowledge. The intelligent decision model of remanufacturing process based on knowledge is constructed, and the case analysis is carried out, and a prototype system of intelligent decision support for remanufacturing process based on knowledge is developed with the help of Java and SQL Server. 1) the representation model and method of remanufacturing process knowledge are discussed. According to the characteristics of remanufacturing process knowledge, a remanufacturing process knowledge representation model is established. 2) the construction of remanufacturing process case base and rule base. Based on the representation of remanufacturing process knowledge, the remanufacturing process case base and rule base are established to realize the acquisition, storage, sharing and application of remanufacturing process knowledge. (3) Knowledge-based intelligent decision model of remanufacturing process is constructed, which is based on CBR (case based reasoning) and RBR-based rule reasoning (RBR), and the intelligent decision model of remanufacturing process based on knowledge is constructed by Case-based reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR). 4) case study of intelligent decision making of remanufacturing process. Taking the remanufacturing of hydraulic cylinder as an example, the validity and feasibility of the above decision support model are analyzed and verified. 5) the design and implementation of a knowledge-based intelligent decision support system for remanufacturing process. A Knowledge-based intelligent decision support system for remanufacturing process is developed and implemented.
