煤一、二期翻车机改造中液压关键技术研究

【摘要】:翻车机是港口煤炭运输的重要设备。随着大秦铁路扩能改造,原用于解列工艺的C63、C70等车型逐步被不能解列作业的C80系列敞车所替换。秦皇岛港煤一、二期原翻车机已经不能适应C80系列新车型的变化,必须从工艺改进出发,对机电液整体进行改造。 煤一期翻车机改造兼顾了对不解列C80车型和解列C70系列车型的翻卸工艺,针对直流电机变流调速控制不稳定、精度低、故障率高、制约生产情况进行技术改进,选用泵控液压马达闭式系统作为驱动装置,以比例变量技术和转速反馈实现转速控制,工艺过程通过PLC实现自动化,通过现场总线、以太网技术组建工业控制网络,以人机界面交互技术实现使用和管理。本文重点研究了泵控液压马达闭式系统的液压控制原理,选型、安装、调试和维护。 煤二期翻车机适卸C80项目,在原有土建基础大体不变的情况下,进行机械设计。原压车、靠车动作都通过液压系统实现,存在污染严重,可靠性差,压车靠车速度调节功能不完善、油缸本身结构易损坏、管路易老化等问题,改造时进行针对性的技术改进,,提高了可靠性,保障了生产。 改造后的煤一、二期翻车机系统在生产中得以应用,取得了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:The dumper is an important equipment for coal transportation in the port. With the expansion and transformation of the Daqin Railway, the C63C70 and other models used in the unwinding process have been gradually replaced by the C80 series open car which cannot be unlisted. Qinhuangdao Port Coal I, The second stage original dumper can not adapt to the change of C80 series new model, so the electromechanical and hydraulic system must be reformed from the point of view of technological improvement. The transformation of the first stage coal dump machine has taken into account the technology of turning over and unloading the inexplicable C80 models and the C70 series models, aiming at the unstable control of DC motor variable current speed regulation, low precision, high failure rate, and technical improvement on restricting the production situation. The closed system of pump controlled hydraulic motor is selected as the driving device. The speed control is realized by proportional variable technology and speed feedback. The process is automated by PLC, and the industrial control network is constructed by field bus and Ethernet technology. This paper focuses on the hydraulic control principle, selection, installation, debugging and maintenance of the pump controlled hydraulic motor closed system. Under the condition that the original civil construction foundation is basically unchanged, the mechanical design is carried out in the C80 project of the second-stage coal dump. The original pressure car and the vehicle action are realized through the hydraulic system, and there is serious pollution and poor reliability. The adjustment function of the speed of the press car is not perfect, the structure of the cylinder itself is easy to be damaged, the pipe is easy to be aged, and so on. During the transformation, the pertinence technical improvement is carried out, which improves the reliability and ensures the production. The reformed first and second coal dumper system has been applied in production, and the expected effect has been obtained.
