波纹腹板梁在起重机中的应用研究

【摘要】:起重机械广泛应用在各行各业中,它减轻了笨重的体力劳动,提高了作业效率,,是现代化工业生产中不可缺少的重要物流机械设备。主梁是桥式起重机的主要承载构件和组成部分,其重量和材料占整机的很大一部分。为了减少主梁的材料用量和降低制造成本,应该采用更为有利的结构形式。波纹腹板的出现,为新型主梁结构形式的设计提供了一种很好的参考样式。波纹腹板是普通平直腹板的一种改进形式,在很多结构中可以代替普通平直腹板,如波纹腹板工字钢梁结构和波纹腹板箱型梁结构。波纹腹板工字钢梁被广泛应用于房屋梁结 构中,而波纹腹板箱型梁则被越来越多的桥梁所采用。本文对波纹腹板在桥式起重机主梁中的应用进行了研究。首先,本文对波纹腹板工字钢梁的弯曲特性进行了理论分析,归纳了波纹腹板工字钢梁在简支边界条件下,在均布载荷和集中载荷下翼缘的弯曲正应力理论计算公式,并将弯 曲正应力理论计算值与有限元仿真结果进行比较,验证了理论公式的准确性。其次,本文通过对工字钢组合断面主梁、H型钢主梁和波纹腹板工字钢主梁的性能进行了比较研究,从刚度、强度、稳定性和材料使用等方面进行了综合分析比较,验证了波 纹腹板工字钢结构在起重机主梁中的应用可行性。最后,本文研究了对波纹腹板箱型主梁的力学性能。在正轨和偏轨载荷下,分别对波纹腹板箱型主梁的抗弯特性、抗剪能力和稳定性进行了有限元计算,并和平直腹板箱型主 梁进行了比较,明确了波纹腹板箱型主梁在偏轨箱型主梁中的优势。
[Abstract]:Hoisting machinery is widely used in all kinds of industries. It lightens heavy physical labor and improves working efficiency. It is an indispensable important logistics machinery equipment in modern industrial production.The main beam is the main bearing member and component of the bridge crane, and its weight and material account for a large part of the whole crane.In order to reduce the material consumption of the main beam and reduce the manufacturing cost, a more favorable structural form should be adopted.The appearance of corrugated web provides a good reference for the design of new type main beam structure.Corrugated web is an improved form of ordinary straight web, which can replace the common straight web in many structures, such as corrugated web I-beam structure and corrugated web box girder structure.Corrugated webs I-beam is widely used in building beam junctionThe corrugated web box girder is used by more and more bridges.The application of corrugated web in bridge crane girder is studied in this paper.Firstly, the bending characteristics of corrugated web I-beam are theoretically analyzed, and the theoretical formulas of bending normal stress of I-beam with corrugated web under uniform load and concentrated load are summarized.The accuracy of the theoretical formula is verified by comparing the calculated values of the curved normal stress theory with the finite element simulation results.Secondly, the properties of H-beam and corrugated web-plate I-beam are compared and compared in this paper, and the wave waves are verified by comprehensive analysis and comparison in the aspects of stiffness, strength, stability and material use.The application feasibility of I-shaped steel structure with web web in crane main girder.Finally, the mechanical properties of corrugated web box girder are studied.The bending characteristics, shear resistance and stability of corrugated web box box girder are calculated by finite element method under the load of track and rail, respectively, and compared with the straight web box main girder.The advantages of corrugated web box girder in the skew rail box girder are determined.
