机械产品的可拓模块化设计方法研究与应用

【摘要】:模块化设计作为机械产品开发与创新设计的重要设计方法之一,由于其设计周期短,并且能够快速响应市场需求的特点深受企业的重视。可拓学以形式化的模型研究事物的拓展性,主要用于解决事物间的矛盾问题,这为模块化设计提供了一种形式化的知识描述方式和模型化的处理矛盾问题的方法。本文引入了公理化设计理论和可拓学理论,对机械产品的模块化设计过程中各种信息的基元建模、模块划分、模块配置过程进行了研究,并用实例进行了验证。首先,针对机械产品的模块化设计过程中各种设计信息在知识表示方面不足,引入了可拓学的基元理论,将基元理论与传统的知识表示方法相结合,对机械产品模块化设计信息的可拓知识表示进行了研究。其次,通过对现有的模块划分方法进行了研究,论文给出了基于公理化设计与谱系聚类的模块划分方法,该方法先应用公理化设计对机械产品进行自顶向下的层次性分解,通过“Z”字型映射,得到其结构模块,然后基于分解得到的层次模型,从功能、结构、接口等方面对子模块进行相关性分析,并采用谱系聚类方法对子模块进行自底向上的聚类,实现了对产品的层次性模块划分。文中还针对模块化设计过程中模块检索和模块修改等方面的不足,研究了现有模块检索方法和模块修改技术,提出了一种基于改进可拓距的相似度计算方法,将已有的模块实例重用到新的产品开发中;同时还针对产品设计过程中存在着功能需求与设计结构之间的矛盾,引入了可拓学的矛盾不相容问题的求解模型,给出了可拓模块修改的相容度函数,用来判断设计目标与设计条件之间是否相容,并建立了一种基于相似模块重用的机械产品的可拓模块配置模型。最后在上述理论研究的基础上,建立了水轮机模块化设计系统的体系结构,分析了系统的主要功能模块和运行流程,完成了水轮机模块化设计系统的界面开发,并给出了系统的运行实例。
[Abstract]:As one of the important design methods of mechanical product development and innovative design, modular design is paid much attention by enterprises because of its short design period and its ability to respond quickly to market demand.Extensibility of things is studied by formal model, which is mainly used to solve the contradiction between things, which provides a formal knowledge description method and a modeling method to deal with the contradiction problem for modular design.In this paper, the axiomatic design theory and extension theory are introduced, and the elementary modeling, module partition and module configuration process of all kinds of information in the process of modular design of mechanical products are studied and verified by an example.First of all, aiming at the lack of knowledge representation of various design information in the process of modular design of mechanical products, the basic theory of extension is introduced, which combines the primitive theory with the traditional knowledge representation method.The extension knowledge representation of modular design information for mechanical products is studied.Secondly, through the research of the existing module partition method, this paper presents the module partition method based on axiomatic design and pedigree clustering, which firstly applies axiomatic design to the top-down hierarchical decomposition of mechanical products.Through the "Z" font mapping, the structure module is obtained, and then based on the decomposition of the hierarchical model, from the function, structure, interface and other aspects of the sub-module correlation analysis,The hierarchical module partition is realized by using the pedigree clustering method to cluster the sub-modules from bottom to top.Aiming at the shortcomings of module retrieval and module modification in the process of modular design, this paper studies the existing module retrieval methods and module modification techniques, and proposes a similarity calculation method based on improved extension distance.The existing module instance is reused into the new product development, and the solution model of the contradiction incompatibility problem of extension science is introduced in view of the contradiction between the function requirement and the design structure in the process of product design.The compatibility function of extension module modification is given to judge whether the design objective is compatible with the design condition, and a model of extension module configuration for mechanical products based on the reuse of similar modules is established.Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, the system structure of the hydraulic turbine modular design system is established, the main function modules and running flow of the system are analyzed, and the interface development of the hydraulic turbine modular design system is completed.A running example of the system is given.
