螺杆空压机测试系统研究与实现

【摘要】:螺杆空气压缩机以其节能、稳定的突出优点,已经广泛应用于现代生产的各个领域,为了能更好地了解其工作状态、性能以更好的进行优化设计,本文根据相关的国家及行业标准并结合实际的生产测试环境,在充分分析系统需求及了解行业现状的基础上,设计了以工业控制机为核心,以数据采集卡和高精度传感器等硬件组成的空压机测试系统。 首先完成了空压机测试系统的总体设计,明确了测试方法、流程,规划了硬件设计思路和软件设计的流程。根据螺杆压缩机的运行特点、现场环境、机械特性进行监测点的选取,选用高性能传感器和研华多功能数据采集卡PCI-1712完成对数据的采集。软件完成对数据的处理和分析,给出空压机测试的宏观和微观指标,制作友好人机界面,生成测试报表。 因为空压机性能指标计算包括空压机的主机轴功率参数,本文还研究了变频器的电气参数测试。简要阐述了变频器的工作原理,重点分析了其电气参数的测量原理和频谱分析计算方法。对频谱分析中出现的频谱泄漏、栅栏效应及混叠效应进行了讨论,给出了加窗插值修正方法减小测量误差,并采用MATLAB给出了仿真结果。 本文设计的空压机测试系统经过调试,测试得到的结果表明,系统能够快速、准确地完成相关空压机状态量采集,给出空压机的宏观和微观性能参数,基本功能得以实现,能够解决这一工程问题,为后续设计和生产提供了重要参考。
[Abstract]:Screw air compressor, with its outstanding advantages of energy saving and stability, has been widely used in various fields of modern production.According to the relevant national and industry standards and the actual production test environment, based on the full analysis of the system requirements and understanding of the current situation of the industry, this paper designs an industrial control machine as the core.The test system of air compressor is composed of data acquisition card and high precision sensor.Firstly, the overall design of the air compressor test system is completed, the test method and flow chart are defined, and the design ideas of hardware and software are planned.According to the operating characteristics of screw compressor, field environment, mechanical characteristics of monitoring point selection, select high-performance sensors and Yanhua multi-function data acquisition card PCI-1712 to complete the data acquisition.The software completes the data processing and analysis, gives the macro and micro indexes of the air compressor test, makes friendly man-machine interface, and generates the test report.Because the air compressor performance index calculation includes the main engine axis power parameter of the air compressor, this paper also studies the frequency converter electrical parameter test.The working principle of frequency converter is briefly described, and the measuring principle of its electrical parameters and the method of spectrum analysis and calculation are emphatically analyzed.The spectrum leakage, fence effect and aliasing effect in spectrum analysis are discussed. The windowed interpolation correction method is given to reduce the measurement error, and the simulation results are given by MATLAB.The air compressor test system designed in this paper has been debugged. The test results show that the system can quickly and accurately collect the state of the air compressor, give the macro and micro performance parameters of the air compressor, and realize the basic function.It can solve this engineering problem and provide important reference for subsequent design and production.
