立式筒袋泵在南海某平台的应用

【摘要】：离心泵具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、操作平稳、流量稳定、性能参数范围广泛、易于制造、运转可靠和维修方便等优点,在海洋平台上广泛应用。而在有些工况下,无法降低泵的安装高度,输送的介质又为蒸汽分压下的液体,这些工况若采用普通离心泵则容易产生汽蚀现象,而选用立式筒袋式泵可提高汽蚀安全裕量,解决普通离心泵存在的汽蚀问题。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal pump has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, stable operation, stable flow, wide range of performance parameters, easy manufacture, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, etc. It is widely used in offshore platform.Under some conditions, the installation height of the pump can not be reduced, and the medium transported is the liquid under the steam partial pressure. If the ordinary centrifugal pump is used in these conditions, cavitation is easy to occur, and the safety margin of cavitation can be increased by using the vertical cylinder bag pump.To solve the cavitation problem of ordinary centrifugal pump.
