轴承球面滚子检测系统关键技术研究

【摘要】:滚子是滚动轴承不可缺少的重要组成部分,滚动体中球面滚子的形状是最复杂的,,其滚动表面是一个凸球面的回转体,存在着加工难、测量更难等难题,本文在深入分析和研究球面滚子的结构特点及尺寸控制条件的基础上,结合光学非接触三维测量技术,提出了一套针对球面滚子而采用的非接触的、高精度的、全参数的专用测量系统。 分析了光学非接触测量技术相关理论及方法,建立了基于光学三角测量法的滚子专用测量系统平台。系统采用绿色LED光源、HL-CCD光学系统与高速数字化处理模块相结合的数字一体化集成激光测头,实现对被测表面的高精度数字化测量和高速信号采集及处理;结合国内外相关研究成果,针对球面滚子的结构特点,研究了小样本及离散数据的处理算法,实现对小弧段、大半径的轴承球面滚子圆弧半径参数评定;结合成熟的角位移工作台技术,提出了一种X-Y双向正交耦合角度可调式旋转工作台,在非接触式光幕测量仪器以及回转类被测零件端平面与回转轴线没有垂直度要求时具有显著的特点;构建了计算机集成硬件控制系统,通过光学测头控制器、运动控制器及光栅计数器及驱动控制模块组合实现对零件的自动化测量。 构建了系统设置、数据测量和文件操作的软件系统。系统以Windows XP/7为开发环境,Microsoft Visual C++为开发平台,建立了软件系统的体系结构和工作流程,经大量实验应用表明,所开发的测量系统具有界面友好,操作方便,功能齐全,能满足产品检测的功能及精度要求的特点。
[Abstract]:Roller is an indispensable part of rolling bearing. The shape of spherical roller is the most complex in rolling body. The rolling surface of roller is a revolving body with convex spherical surface, which is difficult to process and measure.On the basis of deep analysis and research on the structural characteristics and dimension control conditions of spherical roller, a set of non-contact and high-precision spherical roller is proposed in this paper, combining with optical non-contact three-dimensional measurement technology.A special measurement system with full parameters.The related theories and methods of optical non-contact measurement technology are analyzed, and a special measuring system platform for roller based on optical triangulation method is established.The system adopts the digital integrated laser probe which combines the green LED light source HL-CCD optical system and the high-speed digital processing module to realize the high precision digital measurement and the high speed signal acquisition and processing of the measured surface.According to the structure characteristics of spherical roller, the processing algorithm of small sample and discrete data is studied to evaluate the radius of spherical roller with small arc and large radius.Combined with the mature technology of angular displacement table, a kind of X-Y bidirectional orthogonal coupling angle adjustable rotary table is proposed.It has remarkable characteristics when there is no perpendicularity between the end plane and the axis of rotation of the non-contact light screen measuring instrument and the end plane of the rotated parts, the computer integrated hardware control system is constructed, and the controller of the optical probe is constructed.Motion controller, grating counter and driving control module are combined to realize the automatic measurement of parts.The software system of system setup, data measurement and file operation is constructed.The system takes Windows XP/7 as the development environment and Visual C as the development platform, and establishes the system structure and workflow of the software system. A large number of experimental applications show that the developed measurement system has friendly interface, convenient operation and complete functions.It can meet the requirements of function and precision of product inspection.
