圆柱滚子轴承工作状态分析技术

【摘要】:圆柱滚子轴承常用于冶金机械等领域超高负载和中等转速的设备中,其运转状态直接决定着现场生产的安全与否。提出在现场实测关键零部件应力水平的基础上,运用理论计算和有限元仿真技术相结合的方法,分别得出圆柱滚子轴承外部机械载荷和内部热载荷作用下滚子与套圈之间的接触应力,以此评估轴承的工作状态。将某炼钢厂摆剪减速机轴承作为案例进行了分析,分析结果与现场实际相吻合,表明上述分析方法的可行性。分析方法为相关技术人员进行圆柱滚子轴承工作状态的评估提供了技术路线。
[Abstract]:Cylindrical roller bearings are often used in ultra-high load and medium rotating speed equipments in metallurgical machinery and other fields, whose running state directly determines the safety or not of field production.Based on the field measurement of the stress level of key parts, the method of combining theoretical calculation with finite element simulation technology is proposed.The contact stress between the roller and the ring under the action of the external mechanical load and the internal thermal load is obtained respectively to evaluate the working state of the bearing.The bearing of pendulum shear reducer in a steelmaking plant is analyzed as a case, and the results are in agreement with the actual situation, which indicates the feasibility of the above analysis method.The analytical method provides a technical route for the related technicians to evaluate the working status of cylindrical roller bearings.
