【摘要】:DT(Ⅱ)型固定式带式输送机是通用型系列产品,可广泛用于冶金、煤炭、交通、电力、建材、化工、粮食和机械等行业。在对带式输送机进行系列建模过程中,经常会重复用到结构相同或相似而尺寸不同的一些零件,如滚筒、托辊、轴类零件等。传统的设计方法是将每个零件单独设计,占用了设计人员的大部分时间和精力,严重影响了新产品的开发周期,从而制约了企业的技术进步和持续发展。在对带式输送机设计、选型过程中主要采用传统的静态设计方法。凭借经验通过加大输送带的安全系数来保证运行可靠性,对带式输送机在运行过程的动态特性的考虑并不完善。 带式输送机虚拟样机建立,不同于单个零件的虚拟样机,它作为一个既有刚性部分的支架,又有柔性部分的输送带。本文介绍了带式输送机的主要特点、虚拟样机技术的理论基础、虚拟样机模型的基本假设,并分析了影响带式输送机动态特性的主要因素。借助新一代混合刚柔多体系统动力学分析软件RecurDyn,选取大型带式输送机中最具代表性的DT(Ⅱ)型固定式带式输送机来进行建模和动态特性仿真研究。 本研究严格按照虚拟样机设计路线进行。使用SolidWorks自带的VBA语言编制二次开发程序,以Access作为数据库,建立带式输送机驱动滚筒参数化设计系统,实现了仅输入必要参数即可快速准确建模的目标,使建模过程大大简化。在RecurDyn软件的虚拟环境,模拟现场条件进行仿真分析,并在输送机关键部位布置张力传感器,监测张力的变化情况并与理论计算值相比较,验证了虚拟样机设计的可行性。并建立了单滚筒驱动虚拟样机仿真试验平台,对比研究了起动加速曲线、最小起动时间、拉紧装置控制和带速对输送机动张力的影响。为带式输送机设计研究提供了良好的解决方案。 图[52]表[4]参[51]
[Abstract]:DTII type fixed belt conveyor is a series of general purpose products, which can be widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, grain and machinery.In the process of modeling the belt conveyor, some parts with the same or similar structure and different sizes, such as rollers, rollers, shafts and so on, are often used repeatedly.The traditional design method is to design each part separately, which takes up most of the time and energy of the designer, and seriously affects the development cycle of the new product, which restricts the technological progress and sustainable development of the enterprise.The traditional static design method is used in the design and selection of belt conveyor.By means of experience, the reliability of belt is guaranteed by increasing the safety factor of belt, and the consideration of dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor in operation process is not perfect.The virtual prototype of belt conveyor is different from the virtual prototype of a single part.
